This is my first time buying a car (a major life

This is my first time buying a car (a major life purchase) online. Buying a car can be stressful in itself. Buying a car online can be stressful and a somewhat scary process, especially if you do not have confidence or experience with the Dealetship. Those emotions disappeared once I started working with the team at Go Luxury Auto in Dallas, TX. I had been looking for a car for about two months. At the beginning of the process, I reached out to Go Luxury Auto and many dealers local and online, but I was still not finding the right deal that I was comfortable with. During those two months, Go Luxury Auto consistently stayed in touch through text. I was finally to the point where I needed a car, so after some trepidation, I decided online buying was the way to go for me, so I called Go Luxury Auto. I teamed up with their professional sales team specialist, Sebastian Panuco Vernaza. Sebastian went above and beyond to establish an honest, genuine, and trustworthy rapport, ensuring there were no concerns or reasons for hesitation on my end to move forward. Teaming with Sebastian and their Accounting Team, Mike Shaw, at Go Luxury Auto was like working with two of my friends. They made the purchasing process stress-free, and their personalities brought enjoyment to each step. Teaming with Go Luxury Auto, especially Sebastian Panuco Vernaza (as well as Mike), was the most enjoyable, comfortable, and by far the best experience I have had buying a car in my 40+ years! Thank you so much!!

Sebastian and everyone over at Go Luxury Auto was great

Sebastian and everyone over at Go Luxury Auto was great to work with and made sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for at a great price. They made the whole process very straightforward and simple, would highly recommend this place to anybody looking to get a high quality vehicle.

I took my car to BMW because I had a sensor malfunction

I took my car to BMW because I had a sensor malfunction alert. It was there when I test drive, but I was told that the car was under warranty and I could take it to the dealership and it could be fixed. BMW told that it was not cover by the warranty because it was damaged, not just out. They also told me that an after market battery was put in my car and it killed the lithium ion battery that cost $1200 in addition to the $500 battery plus labor. Not even a week after purchasing the car, I had to pay $2000 on batteries and when I called Go Luxury to see if they were aware and would help, their only reply was, “you bought the car as is!” Why would I think to pull the battery out or look under the car? They are not honest! BMW 430i can only support BMW batteries and they have to be programmed by BMW. The car was still under warranty and they put an aftermarket battery in and put it up for sale. There was also damage under the car. I have to get all of it fixed! Worst experience EVER!!! If you test drive a car here, drive it to the dealership and let them do a key check and look at the car! I do not recommend or trust these ppl!!!
