Great experience

Jay roman Very nice person to work with. All questions answered and very respectful and helpful. No pressure salesman. Highly qualified. Great personality and nice staff to work with.

Yadelis is awesome

I intially came to purchase a Nissan Altima, but it was sold by the time I got here. Fortunately I saw an Acura that I liked and the manager worked with me since the car I wanted was gone. I worked with Yadelis through the entire process. She was very patient and kind and made great suggestions based off of what I was looking for. I would come back here to purchase again due to the great customer service I received today.

car buying

We have had a good experience since the time we walked into the building. Sales representative Emely Arias has been fantastic. She was very attentive and explained the process each step of the way. We would recommend coming to see her for whatever need you may have. Easy and smooth process. Thanks Emely!!!!

My experience at HGreg.

Kudos to Sales Representative “Yohanny”. First of all, I must say that Yohanny did an outstanding job throughout the whole car buying process. Although he was fairly new on the position, he was a great help and provided excellent service and advice. On the other hand, I cannot say the same thing for the service received by the management team, specially “Diego Montero”. Long sorry short, after we had visited the dealership 3 times and had agreed to purchase the vehicle on Sunday (we even had an appointment), we received a phone call stating that there was another sales person that was going to be showing the vehicle to a potential “buyer”, which didn’t make any sense since we had already agreed we were going to get to the dealership at 4pm to complete the transaction. We even had an appointment and didn’t visited the dealership earlier because we were told they were busy. I even asked to speak to a Manager “Diego Montero” and all he could say was “I apologize but there was nothing he could do”. They were going to allow the buyer to test drive the car and buy it… if he decided to move forward. I received another call later on that day to let me know the “potential buyer” was going to move forward buying the car. At that point, we decided to take our business elsewhere and moved on. However, we received another call around 7pm letting us know that something went wrong and the “potential buyer” decided not to move forward and the car was still available. All that seemed really surprising and suspicious. Was this some type of sales tactic used by the dealership to pressure us to buy? To upper management, have managers to have better communication with clients and their sales team to avoid creating customer experiences like the one we experienced. To the customer satisfaction team, try to Wow the clients forms start to finish. Simple things such as providing the car to the client with a full tank can go a long way and create a positive experience. I was given the car woth the tank empty. After I kind of complained, I was given the equivalent of $10 worth of gas, which is what “HGreg” allows dealerships to provide to clients.

Great Service

Must say Sale Representative Emely and Branch Manager Nick made my experience simple and easy with guaranteed Customer Service and satisfaction. Also Jonathan in the finance department was tremendous with making sure my monthly payments was suitable and accommodating for my pocket. Thank you!

Husbands dream vehicle

Our car buying experience was amazing. This visit was to purchase my husbands dream vehicle. The sales person Emely Arias was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and it’s features walking us through the whole process. Not pushing or overbearing but very personable and easy going. She made our vehicle purchasing experience amazing. Not only would I recommend the dealership because of their excellent inventory but I waould highly recommend Emely because of how easy she was to work with.
