Terrible customer service. Unable to speak to the sales manager or get his email. All the employees yelling and accusing you. They sold my daughter, her first car-2022 Sentra, a broken pre certified car and tried to blame her. The tie rods were bent and there's rust underneath the car. We took it back 2 weeks after we bought it when we found out and they were very rude accusing us of doing that. My daughter was lucky she didn't get into an accident. They insisted that we needed to pay for the damages since it was our fault. It took about 3 weeks to get that car back. Now my daughter doesn't want to drive it. She doesn't feel secure in it. I wish I would have read the reviews before going there. So disappointing.

First I bought a Nissan Leaf 2022 on December 29,2021 I got a flat tire in March 2022 . I bought a new tire for $300 from another company . Well the tire pressure Sensor kept coming on so I took it back to the dealer they said it I needed to buy a brand new tire from them for $358 so that it will match the other reminding tires that were on the car I asked for my new tire back ( $300) . He said nothing was wrong with it. I got home it was no tire in my truck, I called back no answer they had closed so I went back the next day and they tried to give me a old tire something told me to look at it before I left , this tire had a nail in it . I went right back in there and told them . they took it back and said they would call when they got my tire back , they never called so I drove back to the dealer an asked about the tire they give me a hull of a tire with a nail in it I told them and they didn’t try to help as I am a WOMAN and said this is a good tire ???? I am still trying to get my tire back. They give me a tire with no tube or rim inside just a empty tire. They keep giving me the run around it’s now September 02 ,2022 What kind of morals do they have . They never give me a paper receipt for the so called tune up the so called specialist did .that will hurt my warranty. I have called a lawyer and the news. . people need to know what they up too.!!!!
Bad businesses practices.
Purchased a automatic transmission for a 2015 Nissan Sentra in March 18/22 , to avoid problems, I purchased a NEW transmission ($2876,52), from HGreg Nissan of Buena Park, after 4 months (2700 miles) the transmission doesn't operate anymore, had to pay $185 to Hgreg Nissan of Buena Park Service department, to see if they will honor the warranty and they will NOT do it. They claim that an update wasn't done. at the moment of the purchased of the transmission there was not direction of any kind verbal or in writing that mention that IF an updated was not done, warranty will be voided or not honor. I believe that This dealership has wrong business practices. They asked for us to deal direct with Nissan Corp.

Terrible customer service. You can't get in contact with your service advisor about your vehicle and they don't call you if there's a problem. You have to physically be there to get any answers. Good luck dropping your car off

Terrible service advisor
If you need to service your car go somewhere else. It's impossible to get in contact with your service advisor. I had to hitch a ride and go down there in person to get some answers
Deceptive Advertising and Bait and Switch
I tried to buy a used car at the advertised price. When I asked them to break down the price in detail, I found there was $2700 in dealer installed items that I have no use for. I asked them to remove the extra items and was told they do not do that. They pointed me to a disclaimer on their web site which appears to be about new cars. In my opinion this dealer uses illegal deceptive advertising and bait and switch tactics. Check out some of the other recent negative reviews and you'll see similar complaints. I would not buy a car from this company.

They were very helpful and held the car for me to test drive. The sales process was painless and efficient. There was a dealer markup on the Leaf, but that was expected due to the high demand.

SCAM!!! Lease was maturing and we were buying it out. Dealership was trying to charge a “fee” of $2,500 which was not in our contract. Whole team was confrontational and unwilling to help. Was forced to go through Nissan directly. Salesperson: Richard Torres Manager: Shazir Ali Shady people just trying to make a dollar.
