I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication that this dealership gave me. From the first call, I was connected with Summer, she was absolutely amazing. She listened to my questions and understood what I was wanting for my trade. It was not the typical cat and mouse game. The owner Greg, came over and introduced himself along with the manager. The courtesy that was shown to me, and thoughtfulness of making sure our needs were met during the buying process was a top level of kindness that I never expected this day and time from a car dealership. I walked away from several deals in my life, and this experience was the BEST by far. I definitely will consider North Country Ford as my first choice of buying in the future. I can honestly say, I left there with the feeling like I made life long friends.
