This dealer should not be in business. They will sell you a certified used car but when it breaks they warranty absolutely nothing!!!! Go down the road... a little more and buy a Subaru
Fred, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We investigated your claims and we'd like to clarify your concerns. You purchased a 2015 Chevrolet ...Trax from us as a GM Certified unit. The limited powertrain warranty expired on 6/26/2020 or 100,000 miles and the bumper-to-bumper warranty expired on 6/27/2018 or 36,011 miles. When you visited our service department in September, we explained to you that the issue found was not covered under your emission warranty. My mom and grandma were against me going to Healey due to bad experiences in the past. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment Melissa met us at... the door and was helpful and wasn’t pushy in terms of you must buy this car. When I returned a second time it was a bit more busy so she didn’t meet me at the door but she checked on me when she had the Time. Those 2 experiences even improved my mom and grandmas opinion on Healey brothers.

The service was excellent. It was fast and more than expected. The people were polite and very helpful. Everything was very clean.
This has been a wonderful experience I have ever had. I lost my husband and with medical bills from him my credit went down hill. I needed another car... no one Would give me credit, I went to Healey Chevrolet spoke to Dennis Thomas and he got me in a car. I recommend if you need a car you gdo see see him.

1. The check in process can typically take up to 15-20 minutes to drop off a vehicle for an oil change, which seems excessive for routine service. 2. The... cost of an oil change has risen to almost two times that of other dealerships and highly reputable automotive shops. 3. The 'free' multi-point inspection was not completed, or at least the paper work was not given to me or left in the truck
