    My experience at Grand Prize GMC was a good one, and my salesman Wilbur, was very professional and knowledgeable and worked very hard to get me a deal... that worked for me and that I was comfortable with. Wilbur made the entire buying process stress-free and smooth. He made it his business to make sure that I drove away in a new vehicle that day. I will definitely recommend Grand Prize to friends and family and will have them ask for Wilbur. I've already told a couple of friends to see Wilbur when they are ready to purchase. I had a very pleasant experience.

    I brought in my 2016 Malibu for a fix. Initially I thought everything is going great, but after 3 weeks I finally got my car back... only to see that ...some items were yet fixed. I have tried calling them and left 2 voicemails to no avail. The competence is in question.

    I found the service staff very accommodating, especially considering the fact that it was a Saturday appt, which can be very hectic.
