We stopped to look at cars in the lot. Dave Melamed came out to see us (social distancing applied) and was so helpful We told him what we wanted (we... had been considering another Hyundai) The car was on the lot, he gave us a quote (before trade in). He was so tuned in to what we were looking for and so nice to come to us outside, without an appointment, the very next morning, we called him to hold the car and two days later we're driving it home. We're very pleased.
They were nice and fast and did not push anything on me. Everyone was laid back. It was a pleasure. I wish they had a little more selection.
Once again the after factory extra warranty has covered NOTHING! 2 cracked windshields later (covered cost of one window after yelling I could see the... patch in my sight line)a broken sunroof they finally fixed after yelling and screaming, a broken rear view passenger mirror (wouldn’t cover), flat tires (different brand an unmatched spare that took some yelling and screaming to get replaced. The truck is a 2018. Don’t fall for the extra warranty. It covers NOTHING
I purchased a used SUV from sales consultant, Cecilio Ruiz, he was willing to explain everything to us and is willing to follow up and answer any questions.... A very good experience. I would recommend him as a sales consultant and find the dealership to be of great service..
Just wow. I bought a used Acura RDX from Napleton Ford. Nothing could have gone any better. From the initial inquiry with Gabrielle, through the entire... purchase and even to where I needed service performed on it, everything was great. Throughout the buying process, Gabrielle and Steve, the used car manager, did everything they could to get me approved, lowering the sticker price, giving me top dollar on my trade in, they made SURE that I was driving out of there happy with my monthly payments. I couldn’t have been more grateful to them that night . That is until I had to bring my car in for service. I was not under any warranty at all, but it is clear to me that Steve and his dealership want to create lifelong relationships with their clients, and that’s why he took care of my issues. For that I cannot thank Steve and Gabrielle enough. I know I was probably a pain for them , but they never let me get to them. They were very professional through and through. I know I will definitely be coming back here for my next vehicle. Even though this dealership is FAR for me, the excellent dedication to customer service is what is going to keep me coming back!! Oh and they threw in a whole year of oil changes for FREE! It may not be much for some, but I didn’t even buy a Ford, and that is huge to me as a customer, even though I change my own oils. I will update or write a new review when I come buy a car from them again in 4 years!!!
The experience from the moment you walk in is very welcoming. Negotiating was very fair and getting to know the sales team was a pleasure. Rich and Paul... were a pleasure to work and made this experience a very good one.
