Just wow. I bought a used Acura RDX from Napleton Ford. Nothing could have gone any better. From the initial inquiry with Gabrielle, through the entire... purchase and even to where I needed service performed on it, everything was great. Throughout the buying process, Gabrielle and Steve, the used car manager, did everything they could to get me approved, lowering the sticker price, giving me top dollar on my trade in, they made SURE that I was driving out of there happy with my monthly payments. I couldn’t have been more grateful to them that night . That is until I had to bring my car in for service. I was not under any warranty at all, but it is clear to me that Steve and his dealership want to create lifelong relationships with their clients, and that’s why he took care of my issues. For that I cannot thank Steve and Gabrielle enough. I know I was probably a pain for them , but they never let me get to them. They were very professional through and through. I know I will definitely be coming back here for my next vehicle. Even though this dealership is FAR for me, the excellent dedication to customer service is what is going to keep me coming back!! Oh and they threw in a whole year of oil changes for FREE! It may not be much for some, but I didn’t even buy a Ford, and that is huge to me as a customer, even though I change my own oils. I will update or write a new review when I come buy a car from them again in 4 years!!!

I visited and the salesman just pre judged us checked credit for my son. We had a cosigner. This salesman said he doesn't care his credit score was zero... he actually raised his voice. We went to another Ford in Gurnee I'm not allowed to name them. My son left with a new Ford fusion and we could have left with another car for my other son. Called napelton Ford and the sales manager could care less about what are experience was there. So I say go to a different Ford there polite, and do anything and everything to help you.
