The first time I went to Honda to get my car safety inspected and serviced, they charged me $406, and about a week later, I was on the highway, and my... cars check engine light came on, and my car stopped running on the highway. Obviously the ignorant moron working in the shop didn't know how to inspect a vehicle for safety, so I went back, and the guy at the front desk started giving me attitude because I told him my car shouldn't be breaking down on the road when I just paid $406 for safety, maintenance, and service!! I bought my 2017 Honda Civic for $25,000 and its the biggest waste of money. I don't only recommend you don't buy from this Honda dealership, but you reject Honda itself because they simply DO NOT CARE!!

I went to Advantage Honda to purchase a new family car, and met William Assad. He was to be our Car salesman, and it was a smooth and pleasurable experience.... William was affable, pleasant, as well as motivated. He worked with us to make a clear and concise decision on the best car for our needs. While we took time to make our decision, we was patient, followed up with us when he said he would, answered all our questions, and worked with us to make our decision with confidence. Thank you William Assad. We love the car.
Be aware that the Price you see ADVERTISED on the Advantage website and Cars.com is NOT the FULL price. It said finance for $ but they don't tell you... ( you have to read and find it yourself, otherwise they leave it for a surprise later) there's a $1995.00 charge for financing, on top of the price,and an additional $695.00 Dealership fee. So the advertised price is approx. $2700.00 lower the the Total price. If you want to pay in cash they charge you an additional $1,000.00 on top of the $2700.00 totaling $3700.00 on top of the advertised price You may be paying the same as another dealership that doesn't play that game but it's sneaky and leaves you with a rotten, distrustful feeling . It leaves you Wondering what else did they NOT tell me.
Came into the dealership looking into a new civic while my lease was up and Jason was very helpful and instrumental in the process. He is really a great... salesman will recommend him to any and everyone in my family and friend circle. When you go in ask for Jason Bosmann he is really great. Thanks Jay!!!

But it is not only proximity of location to our hospital that attracts people to Advantage Honda. I TRUSTED Mr. Reniel Williams and he did beyond and above to make us HAPPY and very satisfied with services we received. Buying or leasing a car should be a very pleasant experience generally. I have been in business for 20 years and I have always treated my clients with... dignity, respect and professionalism. Not here at Advantage Honda. The sales consultant, the two managers and the financing woman conspired against me in order to steal from me. After five hours of role-playing and relentless pushing and threatening by these people I gave in at last, costing me at least $3,500 in upfront costs aside from a lease I am not even sure of. They are happy now, basking in their usual glory in successfulling conning another consumer. I have never met more worse human beings than these people at Advantage Honda. Now it is my turn to wage a relentless campaign so that no more consumers like me fall victims to their scams.

Devon Senior does not care about customer service what so ever. The sales team used deceptive tactics, were sneaky and did not disclose relevant information... about the car I purchased. Days after when I recognized the issues with the car and returned to ask questions, they gave me the run around, did not follow up in a timely manner and then when I finally got in touch with Devon Senior, he said "too bad for you". Just awful.
BOUGHT A NEW CIVIC SI 2018, NEVER THOUGH I HAVE TO CHECK WHEEL LOCK KEY. DID IT ONE DAY WHEN I WAS CLEANING MY DEAR POSSESSION REALIZED KEY IS MISSING,... CALLED THE DEALER AND GOT A REAL RUN AROUND FROM THE MANAGEMENT WHO CHARGED MY $65.00 FOR THE KEY AFTER I VISITED THEM 2 TIMES , ANDY WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SALES BUT DEVON SENOR DIDNT CARE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE, ITS NOT $65.00 THAT BOTHER ME, ITS THE TREATMENT, NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS, BY THE WAY IAM ALSO IN RETAIL FOR 30 YRS. THX
