    I went to Advantage Honda to purchase a new family car, and met William Assad. He was to be our Car salesman, and it was a smooth and pleasurable experience. William was affable, pleasant, as well as motivated. He worked with us to make a clear and concise decision on the best car for our needs. While we took time to make our decision, we was patient, followed up with us when he said he would, answered all our questions, and worked with us to make our decision with confidence. Thank you William Assad. We love the car.

    I just went for oil change and they said there are work in my Car that i have to fix it immediately. They said my rotor for the front & rear break were damaged and i have to replace them for about $1400 .I hesitate this recommendation on the first place because i drove my car less than 11000 moles and finally i forced to agree with their proposal ( because they kept on insisting this). Finally i ended up paying with $1050 for an unwanted and break pad replacement. I lost one whole day and $1050 .And the "Advisor" is not ready to move out from her desk. Even the cashier is also very bad.

    Do not patronize Advantage Honda (1260 Northern Blvd, Manhasset, NY 11030) Bob Sullivan, manager and John Sun (salesperson) are unfit to serve customers. Buying a vehicle is no small undertaking, there is a financial component (budgeting at minimum the next 60 months of your life) a time component (research), and biggest of all an emotional investment. . (Out of all the cars, makes, model, and year..you can only choose ONE!) Today not only was our time wasted but we as customers were not valued. After test driving, moving 3 different stations "because the computer didn't work", being given a bill of sale with a lower printed price crossed out and a higher price written in, and sitting down dealing with insurance, and speaking to the manager twice.. we were told that the car we were securing was SOLD! At that point I had already purchased (and been charged for) insurance for this vehicle. The fact that the car had already been sold was shared with cold disdain, no apologies, no alternatives offered. Just a shrug and a smirk! Bob Sullivan refused to give his business card and John Sun complained about wasting HIS time. We were made to feel as if we did something wrong and they were doing us a favor selling us the car. I implore you to not patronize this dealership and HONDA should visit this dealership to have them do sensitivity training as well as ensure they are meeting brand standards. This dealership is beneath Honda and should be stripped of the privilege to sell their cars.

    Beware! These folks will quote you a good price up front and then use every trick in the book to inch it up bit by bit as you go through the excruciating process of getting the deal done. By the end of the ordeal (over six hours) I regretted ever setting foot in this place.

    This is the second car I bought from this dealership and from Eric Wong. Eric is such a nice guy to deal with. The dealership is so fair in both their pricing and their trade in allowance. I went to so many dealers and they all try to make huge profits on both the sale and the trade in. This dealership is really fair and Eric will do his best to get you the deal you are looking for. The finance manager David Markowitz was also very fair and patient and understanding and did everything to make the sale go smoothly. I highly recommend that you shop other dealers and then come here and see Eric and see how much better they do.
