    At first I was going to go to a Honda dealership for Honda accord but my friend suggested that we go to major world first and I was like sure why not. while riding there I decided to compare the reviews for major world to the dealership and I was surprised to see that the review for major world was much better than the dealership's reviews. When we arrived at major world I immediately greeted by a rep named Al. he asked what I was looking for the style, the type, and year everything to help him help me. we went to the main office to get my info down and get an idea of what I would be able to get. soon we was out to look at the stock which was a wide selection to choose from he looked at every car to see which ones would be able to leave today. yes on the same day I was able to get my car drive off. after he took down some cars we went back so he can see which car I would be able to get. Al was cool and humble and very honest I felt very comfortable shopping around. Al with the help of Fredrico was able to get me the car and a bank to put down for it. I was excited it was really happening I put down the money and was able to get the car. Al helped me with the insurance and plates and made sure everything came out perfect for me. After the paperwork was done I was ready to go with my 2012 Honda accord on the same day of the lot. I am more than satisfied and very happy with the service I received I highly recommend major world to all who wants a new or used car

    I noted two BMW X5 from the dealer in February and March this year and sent them emails but just received their automated reply and no further follow-up service. I then sent reminders to them but still no response. Therefore, up to date, no response.

    My husband and I had a great experience at Major World. When we walked in we where greated by all staff, even while most of them where busy. Shortly we we're approached by Evan, who was also busy and said he'd be right with us. True to his word he was there in 2-3 minutes tops. With a great start was a great finish. He was very patient, helpful, and understanding to the needs of a customer. Walked out with the car of choice and a price we could manage. Great business!!!!

    I'm an out of state buyer looking to purchase a truck from Major World. I enquired about a Blue 2015 F350 stock #30565. I received an email from Lucia Perez. Since I'm an out of state buyer I requested additional pictures of the damage on the vehicle. I guess this was two much to ask! When I replied to her email I received an email from someone else named, Adrian Espinal. He called me and said they can not send pictures via text and only could send them trough email. He said, the out of state sales manager would send pictures. As I write this review it has been 4 days with out any pictures. I called the dealer again and talked to Carol. She said I would be receiving pictures to my phone soon. Never received them. Talk about a run around. I looked at their website today(21MAR17) and the price of the truck went from $35K to $40k. How does that happen? Your dealer just lost a sale.

    My experience at Major World was great when it came to Jed the owner and Eric who helped me find a bank with my credit , it may have taken all day and the man who showed me my car my not have been the best but my overall experience was one you would expect at a dealership as this , I was originally going to go to Enterprise car sales but I felt I would have more of a selection here and I was right thank you for all of your help and thank you to Talese the lady in the insurance trailer she wrapped everything up wonderfully

    Inquired about "fees" before even attempting to continue possible purchase. They tried to avoid my very simple question "Do you have any fees'?, now I am speaking of "FEES" other than the norm of TAX,PLATES,DOCUMENTATION which are not fees but legit car purchase expenses. After much back and forth and my refusal to continue unless they answer my question I was told they have a DEALER PREP FEE of 799 and a DESTINATION fee. Folks these so called FEES are just a very SNEAKY DECEITFUL way to increase the price,you should refuse to pay these fees and you should NEVER purchase from a dealer that has such fees on a used vehicle. This practice is borderline consumer fraud and deceptive advertising. Prices are NOT what they advertise. VERY SHADY PLACE - Find a dealer that does not have these sneaky fees. The OWNER should be ashamed of himself.
