    Service at Lexus of Queens I was ASTONISH! They have the ultimate best service and customer service. Everyone from when I pulled in to go inside to check in all employees are extremely courteous & friendly .Andrew was my salesperson, I could not be more please with his excellent service. He was very friendly, Funny, Patience, and Upfront. He understood my situation and wanted to get me the best deal possible. It was very refreshing to deal with an Honest sales person. This is my 1st LEXUS, which was never my intention to buy, but to just shop around. What can I say with a smart and intelligent sales person like Andrew he makes anything possible :) . You will not find a service dealer who gives you better service, and listens to your needs and concerns. And the Icing on the cake for me was the Finance process ,It was extremely quick. And if you have any issues with your car they will even give you a loaner free until they fix your car. " Really Top Notch Service". The good thing about this dealership is they really care for their customer needs while waiting to be attended to. Their waiting room is very welcoming and is packed with snacks, sodas, water, cappuccino machine, and candy bars to meet their customer needs. They aim to PLEASE!

    i went to the dealer to potentially purchase a used car. my current car is in the process of being sold. when i got the the front desk treated me somewhat ok. the sales man started out to be "cool" told him that if he can get my car in a trade and pay it off i can take the car possible right there and then. he was cool went to management I'm guessing. i walked in the dealer to return the car i was interested in and see what deal i could get. when i walked in i was being judged. they were "profiling" me stating "you think some dressed like that would ever buy a car. if so you think he would be driving it...no he would have a chauffeur". really this is how they are going to treat someone who is ready to buy the car. (i even stated to the sales man i just got out of work so please excuse my appearance).

    Peter is the best. Raj, Rich, and genearal manger are amazing. All other people were very very nice. It was the best experience. On 3/1/2017 I got another Lexus from them for my son. Alex Quinteros is an amazing guy. He is dedicated and he will do anything for you. General manager Ken Wartel is an extraordinary person. He talked to me while going home around 8 PM. Everybody is so nice. This is like a family. GOD BLESS THEM ALL.

    I am super impressesed with the entire team at Lexus of queens. Our sales consultant was Artem Rodnevski, he was very patient with us. Artem stayed with us for at least 2 hrs after closing on the first day, never once giving the impression that he would rather be somewhere else. He is also very funny- great no pressure experience. Our finance manager Alex Quinteros is very personable and professional. We never felt like we were being mislead, he explained every line of this sale in detail. We went through all of our options- sales vs lease together-pros and cons. Together Artem and Alex made it happen for us. Proud owners of a loaded 2017 rx 350. A dealership of team players. Also briefly talked with Andrew, Willy, and Raj all were super. Thank you, Scott R

    The worst luxury auto dealership in NYC. Ken, Sales Manager never reply emails or phone call as and he has no knowledges on any current promotion and car purchase finance process . Over promised for car availability and dishonor signed deal. Switching to cheaper car with total different VIN# 3 days prior delivery and advising that the car they promise to sell. Never recommend to anyone who would like to finance / lease with Lexus Queens.
