The sales person assigned to answer questions....could not answer a single question. He replied to emails without answering the specific questions asked... repeatedly!!! I gave up after 3 days of the nonsense!!

This is the worst place!!!! Do NOT service your car here. Such terrible service. The way I was treated by Tamer Abudayeh was disgusting and despicable.... His behavior is non excusable. He never called me to give me any updates about the service for my car. I tried calling him a few times, he never called me back. When I came to get my car (after it being there for a day and half and not even being worked on!) because I had to go out of town for the weekend, he did not apologize or even talk to me!!! All he said was that I should wait for my car outside (which was not even serviced, although I brought it in a 2 weeks prior to this and they never fixed the problem then or this time!). I waited outside for over 50 minutes in 90 degrees weather because they could not find my car!! This is not how you treat human-beings. My whole day and weekend was messed up because I was not able to get out of the city on time, way too much traffic. I felt they were doing this to me deliberately because I am an orthodox jew

Beware check your bill thoroughly, shipping cost was added to parts although it was from the inventory at onsite facility for repairs at onsite facility

This is the 5th car that I have leased/bought from Plaza Auto on Nostrand Ave. 3 of them have been Hondas. All 3 Hondas bought from Larry Hinds. ... The latest a 2016 Odyssey EXL. Excellent buying experience again. Once again, got a great deal. Larry is great. I will definitely buy from him again in the future. Wai Tam
Do not go here find somewhere else to buy your car. For a company that has 5 or more car dealers to think they would be more professional
I leased a Hyundai Sonata in July 2016 and handed in my Kia Soul that had 2 more months left on the lease. Dealership said they'd take care of all remaining... expenses but when checking my credit report, I found out they never paid and my credit was negatively impacted. I keep trying to reach the dealership and the people i dealt with are always busy with another customer and they take my number to have them call back and they never call back.
