    This was a surprisingly pleasant experience beginning with the call from Sales Consultant Ulanie Wilson, who set up my appointment with Consultant Bruce Sanchez. Bruce was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. There was no pressure. He understood to my situation and what I was looking for and offered suggestions that I was able to utilize. I decided to lease a new vehicle. I am looking forward to driving it home. Based on my experience, I definitely recommend Plaza Auto Mall!

    I have trusted Honda Plaza with my vehicle for several years, however, after my last visit the Customer Service Manager's treatment and the response to customer concerns has caused me to vow never to return. Three weeks ago I took my car in for standard maintenance, it was returned with a maintenance signal that had never been on before. I returned to Honda Plaza to address the situation. When I picked up my car it had fresh scratches (to be truly transparent my vehicle is used and had some scratches) however fresh scratches were evident. I brought the scratches to the representative attention (Chelsea) and the Customer Service Manager attention. His response was that I had signed a document stating that they were not liable. He smirked and me and said that he was not going to address the concern. I always trusted Honda Plaza before and am sadly disappointed by the way they treat customers.

    Steven Shumel was extremely helpful with our new car purchase. From the moment we met him, he explained all our options and prices. He was a very experienced salesman and also extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend Plaza Honda to friends and family and Steven Shumel as their salesman. I would return to purchase another vehicle here in the future.

    Save time, money, and frustration by going anywhere else for oil change battery change, pretty much anything not covered by warranty. Even then try going to a different honda. They said my oil change would be an hour it took over 4. Plus I had to wait to get my car once it was completed. They are rude, disrespectful, and overall obnoxious. They look for issue that don't exist and lose your keys. Don't feel this was a one time thing. Check there ratings one Google and yelp.

    When I arrived at the dealership I had my two daughters -- a toddler and a newborn. I struggled with the doors and carriers while holding my toddlers hand. 3 workers stood at the desk as I struggled and continued to carry on with an animated conversation. It was 2 women and a man and that disregard put me into a sour mood. I had an appt with Nerissa. We had spoken 3 times and the last time I spoke to her, I told her we needed to be efficient as I had two children with me. Nerissa was not there for my appointment. My husband and I were directed by one of the women st the desk to a cluttered information desk. We went over and waited quite awhile. Steve Shumel was working with another customer and told us he would be right with us and he was. He patiently explained the nuances of the crv versus the hrv. He listened to what I wanted ed and needed in s vehicle and precisely matched my needs with a vehicle. He showed me the math for all the possible car payments. Last, described the entire process and timeline for financing the car. I came back the next day and Steve meticulously taught me how to use the technological features of the car. I noticed that Steve took pride in the car i has chosen, he used his finger to wipe a smudge that was present. Last, It was taking longer than expected to complete the paperwork and Steve relayed to the manager that I needed to get home to my family. I then met with Dwayne and he gave me a very detailed overview of the money part and my options with financing. In sum, I found Steve and Dwayne to be very professional, courteous and empathetic in regards to my wants for a vehicle and my time. Unfortunately, their professionalism didn't extend to all of the employees.
