There is nothing worse than being on vacation and experiencing a car accident. Last week that happened to my family. The front end of our Toyota Corolla... was considerably smashed in. As Ontario, Canada residents we googled Brooklyn Toyota dealerships and their reviews to find a reputable place to have our car towed too. We were not disappointed, Bay Ridge Toyota lived up to the excellent reviews. Upon arrival at Bay Ridge Toyota, Alan Mok took us under his wing. He accessed the damage and timeline to fix, he allowed us to use his office phone for a detailed conversation with our auto insurance. Alan Mok provided us with exceptional customer service, kept us calm in a very stressful situation, offered us beverages, pizza for lunch and continued to check in with us while we waited to keep us updated with the progress. Our auto insurer decided to tow our car back to Ontario to repair. This dealership made no profit on us but they still went over and above to assist us with our difficult situation. Alan Mok went over and above by phoning us while we were driving home (Saturday) to tell us the car had yet to be picked up and then phoned us again on Monday to say that it had been picked up. Alan, we cannot thank you enough for the excellent customer service.

My spouse And I entered bay ridge Toyota knowing exactly what we wanted. Ozzy greeted us and wasted no time in showing us what we had in mind which was... a 2014 Toyota RAV4 XLE, took it for a test drive and all was well. My spouse wanted to look into something a little newer so we ended up looking at the same car just a little newer (2016) model. Ozzy let us take that one for a spin. We decided on the newer model and from there we go straight to paperwork. He wasted no time in contacting us as soon as we got an approval, we went on to sit with Vinny who helped us out in regards to insurance and was amazing as well and was very detailed with the info. Then we sat with Jerry the finance manager who was absolutely AMAZING explained everything to us in detail in regards to the loan and payments and so forth. We left absolutely HAPPY. Everyone here was so personable. I love that Ozzy was attentive and didn't try to push a different model or version on us. I couldn't recommend this place enough very homey vibe. If you're going here ask for OZZY he's the bomb !!! Thanks so much.

My friend bought a car at another car dealership for 4 thousand dollars cheaper than me. The cars have the same configuration - Prius Prime. They also... offer a lower percentage on the loan for the purchase of a warranty, telling that you can cancel it anytime but they will try not to let you do it and will lie to you. The financial manager who works there is very nice when you are buying a car and humiliates you when you ask him to explain why they take some additional money for extra options which actually where never installed. I have never encountered such deception as here in this dealership throughout my whole life. Dear Toyota Bay Ridge, if you respond by telling that I never bought a car from you as you are responding to everyone else, I will attach photos that prove that I actually bought it.

This customer service review for Bay Ridge Toyota for the date of September 3rd 2019 is to inform all perspective Toyota customers and employees alike... of the poor quality review I am writing. I had my car ready for review/inspection and I came to Bay Ridge Toyota at 8 a.m. in the morning to have the work done. I was promised that the job would be done within the hour of arrival. When I arrived to the dealership at 4 p.m, I was shocked to see that not only was the work not done, but my car was not even given the light of day of notice. My review for this place is not even one star out of five. The excuse given to me that day was simply that it was forgotten. Had I not came to the dealership to retrieve my car, my car would have collected dust. I am letting employees and customers alike know of how I was treated and what you should beware of when dealing with this place. No one will pay attention to you and most importantly; everyone will bombard you with crocodile tears and false apologies for their own incompetence. As a dissatisfied customer; I hope that this customer service review was helpful to everyone and hopefully the management at Bay Ridge Toyota will improve its services and attitudes towards their customers in the future.

Thanks to Ozzy who made my car buying experience quick and easy. I came in, told him what I was looking for and he gave me a few options to look at. I... took the car out for a test drive and by the time I came back, he gave me info on the options for financing my vehicle.
