I worked with Chris Dukes very professional and understanding of my request for a new vehicle. He?s friendly and provide great service would definitel...y recommend him if you?re looking to purchase a vehicle.
(1) we had set up an appointment with the internet rep for Saturday (2) Due to dealership location ( surrounded by busy roads ) had to park close to ...used car office, we were met by the used car manager who directed to his new car salesman buddy and said that that internet contact would do that anyway and really was too busy handling her computers (3) Talked with the salesman again asked for the internet person who had set up our appointment ( nite we had made a 90 min trip from Indiana to come to this place ) he said she would have asked him to handle anyway so we kinda skipped a step (4) The salesman was good but really busy who was handling another deal at the same time but obviously didn???t want give us up to another associate (5) after 3 hours of song and dance and how the internet price wasn???t really accurate since it included every possible incentive his manager agreeded to honor the price on another vehicle. But by that time we got quite exhausted and tried getting a lower price (6) left dealership about $1400 apart (7) several minutes after we left the internet manager calls and asks to know why we didn???t come in for our appointment
(1) Really busy dealership at least on a Saturday (2) Due to dealerships location ( off two busy roads ) parking is near the used car office and not ...in front ( 3) we asked for the internet rep as we had an appointment with her but despite that the used car manager diverted us to his buddy who already dealing with another customer. He Said that the internet person was just a greeter and there was no need for us to meet her (4) Dealership though pleasant - initially did not acknowledge the internet price claiming the usual - you don’t qualify for all incentives etc but later decided it would honor the price on another model. (5) After three hours and two test drives and the salesman making three trips to a manager we were $1400 apart and so out of fatigue decided to leave (6) interesting that we got a call and email later that evening from the internet guys that asking why we couldn’t make it in ¿¿

Problem was identified quickly and they gave me a ride home so I didn?t have to waste the day sitting in a waiting room while repairs were made.

I would have rather have been told what the credit limit was instead of showing me cars and then telling the price was too high, I felt I was rushed i...nto making the deal and the payments area way higher than anticipated
They left my disabled daughter stranded. We purchased a brand new mobility van and it broke down so much that they replaced it..second one was worse. ...Ramp never works in winter. They told me to use a hairdryer to warm up the hydraulic ramp. Next the loaner van broke down and i had no way to get to dr apts or work. They didnt care. The soonest they had to fix the ramp was 4 weeks out and they told me to drop it off and rent a vehicle from somewhere else. They are the worst dealership around. Save your money and go elsewhere. I have already reported them
They did what they said and also agreed it might not fix the problem. They were right. The problem is starting to come back.
