I love my 2010 Cadillac SRX. I purchased it at Shirey Cadillac...this was my 3 vehicle from Shirey. With the great buying experience, I would probably... never go elsewhere...the service department is way above all others..All my service needs have be done at Shirey. I trust the service department...they have kept my car running as smooth as the day I bought it...and the pricing is reasonable...

VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! I only rated them two stars because of two employees, the finance manager, Tricia who's been very helpful in resolving the mistakes... made by others and the front desk lady, who always is polite and greets you with smile on her face every time you walk in (I cannot remember her name). Otherwise, I would have rated them zero stars. I purchased or leased all of my Cadillac Escalades from them for the past 11 years. This last time I purchased, (July 2017) I am left completely dissatisfied. I'm thoroughly disappointed in their customer service in the new Cadillac center on 102nd and Cicero. From the new car salesman to the dealers general manager manager, wess. Joe L was my salesman and he promised me he'd take care of a few things with my lease turn in and never completed his promises. My last car payment was suppose to be made by Cadillac but it wasn't. I received a letter stating my final car payment was overdue by 45 days, and yes it's on my credit report. I've never had a late car payment, ever! Then, at the last minute he tacked on a few extras to my final contract that I never wanted, one was for a tire damage protection, the other was for a ding protection. Both totaling over $1,000. He had left for the day on the evening of my purchase, but I was told this would be taken off the contract first thing the next day, I'm still waiting for the credits almost three months later. Yes, my fault for signing the contract with the extras on it, but there was a degree of trust because I've used Joe L in my previous purchases. But, he never followed through to make sure the extras were taken off and the few things he needed to do with my leased car, like making the final payment. He was my best friend during the beginning with the purchase but he failed me by not making the finalization of the contract complete. I left two messages for the general manager, Wess and I never received a call back. Finally, I went in and I was not happy at all, but I caught him as he was finishing up his day. We will see where this goes and I will update accordingly but I'll never ever recommend nor purchase from them again. I feel as though this dealership has gone down in customer service so much in the last four years or so. I would never recommend a purchase from this dealership as of now. I hesitated buying from them because of my previous experience on my leased car but they are conveniently located close to home. They are extremely unorganized and blame everyone else for mistakes made, their showroom is very outdated and very uncomfortable as their air conditioning is always out. And they'll leave you hanging after the sale. You won't receive a call as to how you are enjoying your purchase either. There are plenty of dealerships out there for Cadillac's. I'd suggest to shop around first before making your decision and if you do choose Shirey, watch out for added service plans and promises. Get it all in writing and keep it. I have my "I O U" thankfully I didn't loose it because of course they don't remember most of what they promised
I purchased my car from Tony Smith and I have bought many cars and trucks and dealt with many sales people over the years but this was one of the best... experiences by far, he knew what I wanted and did a great job of showing me respect and courtesy and demonstrated all the things about my new [ almost ]ride.
