I recently purchased a 2019 XTS FROM a different dealer, it was a economics, but with that being said this the 2nd Cadillac I owned since retiring . I took the car to Shirey for service the other day. 1st I spoke with Karen who was extremely professional with my concerns about the vehicle. John then called me from the service department and explained everything thoroughly as to what the car needed. It is my opinion that this is one of the best service departments in the area. If you purchased your car at a different dealer it would be in your interest to have it serviced at Shirey.

I make appointments that are always honored, the staff is welcoming and responsive, and are adhering to the pandemic guidelines, the dealership is clean and bright. The offer of a complimentary carwash is an added "perk". I am a client of many years and appreciate the service I receive.

What makes a company is its people. They respect each other and work as team . My service rep. was busy on a call. Brain was right there and took good care of my problems and answered my questions. Julie came and apologized and let me know I was in good hands with Brain.
