Awesome Customer Service

Although I had to wait a few hours for my car, the sales associate was absolutely amazing. He made sure that I was comfortable during my waiting time, checked in with me to give updates on my car's progress, and just went out of his way to ensure that I didn't become frustrated. I really appreciated that and it made the time go by quicker. He was amazing.

excellent service

Marty was extremely helpful and attentive, as always. It's a pleasure knowing that I can drop off my vehicle and not have to be concerned about what's happening or if I'll be told or what kind of service I'll get. I know that Marty will keep me informed and the service will be excellent.

Royalty treatment

I did not buy my Lincoln Mkz from Premier Ford. I started going to premier ford service after 1 year of owning my car. I found them to be not only friendly and courteous but also very honest. I would not go anywhere else for service. They treat you like a king.

Great Service

Service was courteous and professional. The wait time was very reasonable, and the waiting area(lounge) was very comfortable. Love the new renovation of the lounge.

MR PRIMO

Did very well with the service Except that I had a Insurance Device hooked up & I let the Rep know, so as to not drive the vehicle crazy! Well to make a short point, when I got home to check out the Insurance monitor site, I saw that there was an EVENT of Rapid Acceleration on it, & that took off 4 points off my Insurance Score. Not very good. Now I have to send in the documents that I was in the station. It must of been when the first guy there too my car to the back before the mechanic got to it. It happened at 0959 hours of that date. Just hate paying extra on my insurance because someone wants to race around with my car. Everything else was very good.

Great service

I would not trust my vehicle to anyone else Mr. Richard Fiediler and mechanic Tommy makes me feel very safe in my vehicle those guys are awesome!!!!!
