Liars and proud of it. Stay away.

Liars who freely admit it - with attitude to boot! STAY AWAY. We called about a brand new 2022 Charger advertised on their website at a sale price. We were told that if we come in, there would definitely be room to save even more off of that advertised price. When we arrived, we found the car to be very dirty and asked if they could wash it so that we could see what it looked like under the dirt. After a long wait, we were allowed to see the car cleaned and found paint damage on it in several places They then asked us to wait again while they tried to correct it. After 2 1/2 hours at the dealership, we were told that they could not correct it, and it would have to go to the body shop for wet sanding. Given that we had made a long trip, and the sale price was almost a fair price, we were still willing to pay a few dollars off of the advertised price and have the paint repaired ourselves. We were then told that they would not negotiate even one penny off of the advertised price. When we asked why the consultant that we talked to on the phone said we definitely could get additional money off of the sale price if we came in, we were told that his job is to get people to come to the show room, even if that includes deceit, but that they had no intention of moving from the advertised price, even by a penny. When we expressed our disappointment and frustration about their dishonesty, and the waste of our afternoon, they did not care one bit. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend you stay away from this dealership.

The Grifter dealership

Do not do business with this dealership!! Hidden charges like Appearance Protction $3000 dollars. Mike Major finance (Liar) Randy Cebballos(Liar) and Prado all Liars. However, pray for these individuals they are sick.

Waste of time and gas

Saw a car for $1500, emailed to see if it's available. Got an email that its still available and price is negotiable. I went to see it and was told that the car did not start and will not sell it to us unless we have a mechanic with us. Waste of gas and time. Ridiculous.

I called before I made a 3 hour drive to view several

I called before I made a 3 hour drive to view several vehicles. I was told that the cars would be ready for me to look at when i arrived. Once I arrived at the dealership I was told that none of the cars where available and that they had all be sent to a junk yard prior to my arrival. 2 of the cars I was told that they would not sell them to me because they would not start or had a bad engine. Had these issues been told to me upfront, I would not have wasted the gas or the time to drive 3 hours to this dealership. I would recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle, stay away from Western Ave Nissan and South Side Chicago Dodge.

Check engine light

I bought my vehicle on a Thursday 3/24 at 4:00 pm. My check engine light came on at 6:00 pm. The very next day Friday 3/25 morning I brought my vehicle back and let the service manager Louis know that the check engine light was on. He stated to bring my vehicle back in the following Monday 3/27. I arrived at dealership on Monday morning at 8:45 am. I wasn’t notified by my salesman until 12:00 pm to drive my vehicle into the garage. At 4:00 pm I went to the service department to see what was going on because no one told me anything. My vehicle stayed at dealership from MON 3/28 - FRI 4/1. I had to call on Friday 4/1 to check on my vehicle because days went by and no one called me with an update. My car was dropped off that Friday 4/1 afternoon. On Sunday 4/3 check engine light came on again and went off later that evening. On Tuesday 4/5 my vehicle shut off on me. When I turned it back on there was a funny smell, my vehicle was shaking and check engine light came on again. I called Louis and he had a tow company come and get my car. It’s Friday 4/8 and I had to call again to check on my vehicle because once again no one called to update me. According to the technician I will be without my vehicle for another two weeks or so. I asked Louis the manager for some sort of compensation for not having a vehicle to work and support my son and he said ‘’NO”. I have lost money and time and dealership does not care about any of this when I spent my hard earned money buying a vehicle from them. Please don’t shop there or you will regret it as I have.

The salesperson was informed that my representative was coming by after work to look at the Armada. It was blocked in by 4 vehicles up against the back fence. This showed “no” effort on their part.
