I don't typically write reviews but I feel compelled to recommend this dealership to consumers. It started with the professional approach with my initial phone inquiry with John Paul and carried through until he had me follow him to the expressway as I left the dealership in my new ride. John Paul was up to his elbows in alligators managing many tasks as he coordinated my transaction yet he exceeded my expectations in supporting me through the process. The team at the used car shop went out of their way to help me load my motorcycle in the bed of the truck - dirty, heavy motorcycle and no easy task. What a great team! The finance guy, Alex, was a salt-of-the-earth guy for whom I quickly gained trust and respect. In all honesty, I rode 4.5 hours to see this truck with a fair amount of skepticism... and drove away with my bike in the back feeling completely satisfied with the experience. Word to the management of Nissan of Queens - these guys are doing a great job. Many thanks!

I went to get in and get my oil changed and was worried it would take longer than predicted so i asked Alicia if I could get a rental car for the day so that I wouldn't be waiting around, instead she went out of her to check on my car to make sure it was processed quickly. As soon as she saw it being brought out she came and told me. She also made me aware of the 4% rate on using a card instead of cash before I got charged. I also liked that I was able to sit outside and enjoy the weather while waiting for my car. Again, thank you to Alicia for going above and beyond for my service.
