My appointment was 0900.

My appointment was 0900. I drove in at 0850. Was attended to at about 0905. No one knew why I was there although I made it clear during my scheduling. I explained what I wanted all over again. In about 15 minutes, I saw Isabella and asked for update. She explained, at that moment, I decided to go home and have my car delivered to me. Isabella didn't volunteer to give this update. She seemed a little distant, respectful. They did not call Ubber for me or send me a driver. I had to find my way home on my own. It cost me $37.00 What annoyed me and still annoys me was that Isabella called me and suggested that I should come pick up my car on my own, although it was agreed that it would be delivered to me. I am disappointed

It’s a ridiculous and totally rip off.

It’s a ridiculous and totally rip off. They charged $1200+ to replace a single coil of the spark plug. After the first one it didn’t fix the problem and going to charge another one for $400+. The owner refused to do it the second time and got it fixed by outside mechanic for a fraction of the cost. The mechanic also said that it was common faulty in this van and Ford excuses for the windshield replacement by others is not true. Definitely unacceptable!

We came in to get our first car after looking for a

We came in to get our first car after looking for a couple weeks; and Arturo and the team helped us find a perfect match! The whole team was very kind, transparent and attentious to details; And above all never made us feel pressured. The finance team helped set us up a great payment plan and they offer a great extended warranty. The process was smooth and quick from start to finish. We are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

This is the third vehicle I've bought at Starks Ford. Multiple words come to mind in describing this dealership. Everything worked out perfectly, I dropped off my car, and picked up a loaner, they had my navigator a week, the service advisor called and said my car was done, they dropped it off at my house and picked up the loaner, Walter who dropped my car was very professional and a all around nice guy, it was a pleasure dealing with queens Ford

The worst experience I ever had The professionals as the

The worst experience I ever had The professionals as the managers said in my opinion they are not. After they checked my explorer the estimate for parts only is $3705.71 minus labor and taxes. I took my explorer somewhere else and the problem was very simple. The radiator fan module was bad. That’s the professional those two managers were talking about.
