This dealership has a high turn over in employees and for good reason. They are not honest and they play games with your money. They owe me thousands... of dollars on a cancelled warranty and to this day I still have no answers from them and they keep trying to blame the warranty company, for whom I have spoken to and have a letter from them even specifying that the dealership is reasonable for the check. I've been in there 6 times and every time they act as if they have never done this before. It's really hard to believe that dealerships like this still exist. Don't wast your time buying from here. I do believe that most of the positive reviews have to be fake. I live very close by this dealership and I know MANY people who have had the same experience as me and yet to talk to someone who has found them good.

On Monday, November 12, 2018. I walked into the Nissan in St Charles asking about the advertisement I saw on their Facebook page. They advertised deals... on a “Nissan Murano 2018, $0 % down and your job is your credit.” I sat and spoke to a salesperson, he collected basic information; name, address, salary etc. Went to the back and said I did not qualify for the advertised deal. Knowing my credit is not the best, I said ok. Before I left the salesperson asked me to signed an application and I was reassured by this salesperson my credit had not been ran. I didn’t even get to look or test drive cars. I’ve been receiving letters from car loan lenders denying me credit. I did not authorized Nissan in St Charles to run my credit or distribute my personal information with third party lender nor did I authorized my credit to be ran. I’ve reported them to the BBB, their actions are not ok.
I bought a ‘17 Pathfinder and had a great time dealing with salesmen. The service department is always pleasant and very helpful. The dealership is always... going the distance to satisfy their customers needs. There is so many pluses like oil changes, tires, and car washes.
I have been using Nissan of St Charles since I purchased my Rogue in 2015. Even when the free oil changes stopped, I kept using their service department... for oil changes.
Nissan of St. Charles is by far one of THE best dealerships I have ever worked with & the past two car-buying experiences have been with them! I went in... looking to trade my current car for something bigger & newer, and Ryan helped me find the perfect car to match my budget and also all of my needs (unfortunately, I have "high-maintenance" taste (: ... so I've been told). They also had an amazing DEAL that I was fortunate to benefit from - Nissan gave me $5,000 towards my trade in car & also $1,000 towards a new down payment! Sales staff along with General Sales Managers were all very personable, polite, and determined to work with you so that you leave with something you love (& again, can also afford). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Andy always provides the best service. He recently went above and beyond! I needed new brakes and had to leave town the next day. He was able to fit me... into the schedule in a very short window and arrange for me to have a loaner to make i to a work event on time. The new brakes are great. Thank you Andy!
