I was very explicit about what I wanted to spend and after taking my $500 deposit and expecting to get the deal the salesperson told me I was getting ... I spoke with the loan manager only to find out it was going to be more than double. I know I should have backed out but I felt stuck. Really horrible. My own fault but I feel completely taken. I probably could have bought the car for what I’m paying for a lease. Terrible way to do business. My suggestion-go somewhere else.

Westbury Nissan service center is by far the worst I have ever been to. I gave one star simply because it would not let me give zero. I paid almost $700... in labor fees to find the problem. They took the whole front console apart to find that it was unrelated, and was the steering column, which was too expensive to fix. That was by far the most I have ever paid just for diagnostics. The communication was terrible as well.
I went to purchase a CERTIFIED Pathfinder, as advertised on the website. The sales representative was very pleasant, but the rest of my experience was... not. They lowballed me by at least $3,000 on my trade in offer and tacked on $2,500 in additional fees, including a $1,295 certification fee for what was being advertised as an already-certified car. I was down $5,500 just by walking in the door. I offered to pay the price listed on the website, plus one of the myriad fees I also showed them a trade-in quote that I was offered at two nearby dealerships. No dice. No deal. Not worth your time.

Very clean environment. At times the wait is long. However, this visit was a great experience, great food, great service. They normally recommend additional... services, that are pricey.
