    Steven F was extremely helpful and very courteous. I can be very demanding at times, but this guy was a pro. I didn't want to go on a test drive, I just wanted to get numbers. He convinced me to go for a test drive since the Altima was redesigned. Well, he was right, I loved it and an now leasing one! This salesman is truly a pro, and I will recommend him and Legacy to my friends. Thank you!

    Sleezeball of a service department. Purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder with 20K miles severely pulling to the right during the test drive. Purchased the car with the condition that they would align the car. After 2 failed attempts at service department, the car was never aligned. I spent an entire Saturday, from 10am to 6:30pm at the dealer for them to service the car and all they did was over inflate one of the front tires to try to compensate for the misalignment. In the end, they suggested I take the car to my local dealer in NJ to get it aligned and they would reimburse me. The following day, I looked thru the car at home and the power steering fluid reservoir was empty! What happened to the 100+ point inspection they sell you on? Ridiculous. I found some time to take the car to my local Nissan dealership and asked them to align the car and top off the power steering fluid. The technician identified a foamy substance in the power steering reservoir and suggested a flush, which I did. As agreed with Legacy Nissan, I submitted my service invoice for both the alignment and the necessary power steering flush they failed to identify in their scammy 100+ point inspection, and after 3 months and a few phone calls, I was only able to get them to pay for the alignment. If you buy from Legacy Nissan, keep your eyes open! I will never do business with them again. Shame

    I had a great experience with Jovonne Campbell he was very helpful and curtious. Be careful to not get cheated in the end when you meet with the finance person because they try to get more money from you like most dealerships.

    I purchased a used vehicle on 12/11 having written in the contract that the vehicle was to have a remote start and rear view camera installed. I was willing to accept delivery of the vehicle on the following day to allow them to prep and install the listed options but was told that the vehicle had to be off the lot that night. I had to take my vehicle home with dealer plates and return the following day to get the vehicle inspected before I can get my plates put on. I am writing this review on 12/29 and still NO INSTALLATIONS PERFORMED AS LISTED ON MY CONTRACT. I get the run around every time I call. All I want is what I paid for. Nothing else but that's too much to ask. I am bring my vehicle and contract to my lawyer and let them deal with this. Enough is enough.

    We leased our new 2016 Altima in September 29th, 2016. We are so happy that we came back to lease our fifth car with Nissan at Nissan Legacy. The way we were treated by the staff was excellent. We were really impressed how Teana Ross and Mirza Kavazovic show an excellent customer service. I do want to point out that they considered every way possible to help us and to accommodate us according to our circumstances. We left the dealer feeling we got the right car for the right price.
