Purchased a new 2015 highlander on March 31. Love the car and the great sales service we received from the dealership. We arrived at 8:00pm and the dealership closed at 9:00. They never rushed us and actually still had us out on a test drive at 9:15. Liked the one price approach as many dealerships were not dealing on prices for the highlander and they offered a fair discount on them. This is my second car deal with them and would not hesitate going there again. By the way we left the dealership with the new car at 11:00pm and never felt they were pushing us along. :)

If you like high new car prices, rude people and Service that in no way resembles the definition of the word "Service".... This is your place! Have been there too many times out of the need for convenience. NEVER AGAIN! Been there numerous times for warranty repairs or recall issues on my Tacoma. 1) Defective rear window seal : Service Adviser response... We cannot fix that under warranty because our technician discovered there are obvious evidence of an attempted break in. Contact your Police Department and have them complete a report and file a claim under your Comprehensive Auto Insurance, then bring it back. It will cost approximately $375.00 but insurance should cover most of it. Me: soo someone stood on my soft tonneau cover and attempted to pry open my sliding back window to gain entry into my vehicle? Who was it? Gumby in a ski-mask? THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO THE TONNEAU COVER AND THE SLIDER IS 12" High X 11" Wide. When I pointed out my chosen profession, The service manager apologized and ordered the new rear window. Took 3 appointments to get the repair completed. 2) Recall for an issue that may cause activation of a Air Bag warning light. Service Manager: We completed the recall work but your airbag light is still on. Out technician discovered a pinched wire under the driver's seat. We can repair that for $325.00. Me: Never mind! Ill take my chances with it as-is. 3) Frame rust recall: Frame inspected then sprayed with black material described as "Rust Inhibitor" as required by the Recall which was part of a Class Action Law Suit. The bad news: Due to a total lack of preparation, most of the Application fell off in sheets. Returned twice to seek proper prep and re-application and informed that they were required to apply the substance, not required to apply it properly. The Good News: Neither my garage floor or driveway are showing any signs of rust through! I feel like the idiot that stands at the pop machine inserting money repeatedly for the beverage that never comes rolling out! You too can feel this way, but there is a fee attached.
