    I was looking for a specific certified used vehicle and saw that this dealership had the exact model I was looking for. They are located over an hour away from my home, but I still decided to make the trip out. I am very happy with my decision. Not only was the purchase price of the vehicle under any others in the area, but the amount they gave for my trade was also more then others had offered. The salesman was fun, and made my experience very easy. The only drawback in purchasing from them verses a closer dealership is that I will not be able to take advantage of free car washes and oil changes they offered to include in the sale of the vehicle. Overall I am very happy and will absolutely do business with them in the future.

    My long time Buddy Joseph, funny story I actually brought some friends to get an MDX from my previous sales associate and Joe was in his seat, I asked him where did he go? He said retired and I said today is your lucky day. From being a Sales Associate and moving up in the ranks to finance Manager, Joseph has always made my experience a pleasure at Rallye Acura. We speak about cars, music, guitars and amps, in between we get all of the logistics worked out. Before you know it the paper work is completed and I???m on the road. I???ll say the same as I did for other associates, they remind me of my old school friends. Keep up the GREAT work

    First bought and serviced an Acura from Rallye in 2000 when Mike Denfeld, whom I know as Dr. House, was my first Service Advisor. I have owned only Acuras since 1988. He sometime later got a promotion and was a tough act to follow (see my review). Chad Tammaro took over as my Service Advisor and I have maintained 100% confidence I am still getting the best possible service. Enza Comito came aboard at some point and took that up a notch or 2. Both my wife's and my Acuras' have consistently been maintained in perfect running condition which is my expectation from Dealer service.

    I Came in knowing what I wanted and William aka Bill introduced himself. He made it easygoing and I felt comfortable. We had a conversation and he was willing to work with me on what I was looking for. I knew of a price and budget I was comfortable with and William was looking out for my interest for a new car. Earlier in the week I had gone to Paragon Acura which I have been a loyal customer for many years but the new salesperson was not very approachable and didn't really offer anything special to me. Fortunately, with the bad experience there, I was able to get a great and easy experience at RallyE. I would highly recommend going to Bill. Not only was he nice, he was genuine, easygoing and very helpful. Also was looking out for my needs for a new car. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.

    My husband and I bought a trade in Toyota Rav4 from this dealer last March. One year later, discovered it was sold to us with tints illegal in New York. Our salesman was so supportive when we purchased the car and had intended to buy again from this dealer but now, not so much. When we called regarding service for this vehicle to have the tinting adjusted for NYS roadworthiness (so we don't get pulled over and fined), we were told it was our responsibility. The sales manager argued with my husband for half an hour about who should be financially responsible for this repair (even though it has been NYS law since the 90s to have a specific tint level and nothing more). End result is I will be doing this adjustment elsewhere (for approximately $50). For such a low repair cost, it would have been great to have support from the dealership on this instead of being told it was all our fault and we, as buyers, should have known / tested the tinting on the windows when purchasing -- isn't that what you trust a dealer to know? It's a shame, we were hoping to purchase from this dealer again in a few years when we outgrow out current Rav4. I guess this shows how they treat a customer who needs support after their check has been cashed...
