    I went in not quite sure if i was ready to purchase a car, but with the amazing service and quality treatment by my salesman Juan Rojas, I was able to walk out with an affordable 2016 RAV4. Juan showed me the car and all of the inner workings and i fell in love with the car. Juan helped work with me to reach a price that I can afford without breaking the bank. I recommend anyone unsure of buying a car to come to Westbury and asking for Juan Rojas for an amazing experience

    I took my Rav4 in for an oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection on a Saturday morning in which I had a 7:15am appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes early and the adviser that approached me, Stephanie Cion took down the requested work rather quickly and advised it shouldn't be too long. At about 9am (almost two hours later), she finally approached me to tell me a laundry list of issues with the car - I needed new rotors and with that new brakes, two new front tires, new air filter and my shocks needed repair. For a car with 20k miles, I was surprised to hear it needed all this work. I had a 10am appointment so I declined to do to the work now and asked for a quote to do it another time. Additionally, I asked when the oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection would be done she said it would be another 10 minutes then I'd be on my way. Fast forward to 10am and no sign of my car being done. I walk into her office and magically the car is done. Upon getting in my car and driving away, I realize the NYS inspection was NEVER DONE. There was no chance I was spending So it took 3 HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation and they forgot to do a NYS inspection. Simply unacceptable. I will never be returning to this dealer and probably Toyota dealerships in general for service. If you do choose to go here, I would avoid having Stephanie Cion as your adviser. She failed me as a customer and forgot to perform the requested work. I'm also not sure if all the work she recommended was necessary - I'll be following up with an independent mechanic to make sure.

    Went to see a Venza which I called about and was told it was there, I went to see it and it was away having leather seat COVERS put on it.. Why? Waited almost 2 hrs looking at other vehicles which 90% not sellable condition. When I finally got to see this Venza I was sadly dissapointed in its condition and wasted a whole day to see this thing. :( why couldn't someone get up off there rear and confirm if it wasn't on the lot and I wouldn't have had to waste a day..

    I have been leasing vehicles for 2 decades and can say that my experience with Westbury Toyota was the best. Throughout the total lifecycle of the sale--from getting a price to delivery--there were no gotchas or problems. The words that come to mind are Knowledgeable, Honest, Plain-speaking, and Accommodating when describing the people I interacted with during this recent sale. All this and their price was the best hands down. Eric was my first contact with the dealership. His willingness to get me information and his honest approach to it was refreshing. Sean's willingness and knowledge when walking me through the complex features of the auto (Avalon) was extremely helpful and provided me the confidence that the vehicle was the right choice for me and my family. Steve was the final person in the delivery process. I appreciated that their was no "hard sell", which most dealerships utilize to get more out of you as a customer. He provided information needed for me to make decisions and he accepted "no" from me without placing undue pressure on me. Advocating is much different that badgering. He advocated professionally and informatively. I highly recommend them and intend to go back for other vehicles.

    Do NOT come here if you wanna have a good experience!!! The used car manager is a rude, unkind man. He seems to have no any interest in selling his cars. Normal negotiation about price with him, all u get is one cold word "NO". Honestly, this is the most unpleasant experience I have ever encountered in US. If you are really determined to buy a car here, please be prepared for the most unpleasant treatment you will ever get. Even DMV is much much nicer than this dealer.

    I called the dealer abouttis vehicle with a question on 11/26/12. The milage stated on the advertisement was 56,040 However the last recorded milage on the car fax was 63,xxx in mid july of 2012. All I asked for was an expanation which they replied would be given to me when the sales manager looked into it. Today I recieved a call, 12/4/12 asking if I was still in the market for a vehicle. When I inquired about the jeep I was interested , Iwas told it was sold.Thanks for nothing phil H.

    Very friendly and polite. Did not like the mandatory purchase of the "Optional Equipment" of floor mats, radio, bumper protector and cargo net. I may have paid a little too much but the car runs beautifully.

Since the vehicle is built with that original equipment we cannot remove it from the actual vehicle. This law applies for all Toyota dealers.
