    I have been leasing cars from Bright Bay since the mid 1990’s. Dominick Babbo was the sales representative and found exactly what we were looking for.... He was professional, courteous and made the leasing process easy! Denis the financial rep was also pleasant and professional. Both these gentlemen made our leasing experience awesome! Great job guys!!! Love the Nautilus!!!

    Recently picked up a certified Lincoln Navigator and Took delivery right off their showroom floor. Even though the SUV has 45000 mile on it, The Truck... looked like new inside and out. Jason Was a great salesperson to work with. Would definitely recommend Bright Bay to friends and family. Finance manager got us an interest rate comparable to the offer from my bank.

    I bought a used 2015 Lincoln MKZ at Bright Bay at a fair price from my salesperson Domenick and when I got it home I discovered there was a large deep... gash in the rear tire. They replaced the tire free of charge. Overall I am happy with the experience and the response to the issue.

    This was the absolutely the worst buying experience I have ever had. Employees are disengaged, don't care or show concern about their poor performance.... I have never picked up a new car that was defective until this purchase. No one cared the front passenger seat didn't work, headlights were off, service dept could care less. No follow up from management, no apologies, had to call service to see if car was repaired, no one called with status. Never deal with this dealer again

    I was directed to Bright Bay by Suzuki directly. My Dealer no longer exists. I had a problem with my xl7 , The air bag light was on the clock was flashing.... I feared having anyone in the car with me ,for fear the srs system was non functional. The appointment was made in a moment notice. We showed up at 10am ;my car was taken in right away. It seems the seat ,passenger sensor was mis-callibrated. We were in and out in less than an hour. I cant say enough about the care and effort was put into repairing my car.

    This is the 6th car I have purchased in my life, and by far the most pleasant. I started by inquiring about a car on line and promptly received a call... back. I set up a time to see the car and was greeted by the salesman John waiting in the car ready to go for test drive. After that we went in a crunched the numbers. Long story short I felt like I got a fair price for my trade in ( 12 year old car with 174, 000 miles) and a fair price for my used car purchase. The financial guy, Lou was very knowledgeable, easy going and worked with me to get the best set up. Since it was close to closing I wanted to pick my car up the following day, No problem. When I went to pick up my car everything went smoothly. The office and it's people were clean, easy going and pleasant to work with.

    Loved my 2013 MKT, as I had the previous 2010 MKT, but the lease was 1 1/2 months away from ending, and it appeared doubtful that any 2016 models would... be offered. I considered buying the 2013 car, but Domenick Babbo solved my dilemma by locating a leftover 2015 MKT exactly as I wished, and even put me in the new car within a few days. Excellent salesman and very well-run and professional dealership.
