Awesome car buying experience. Will buy from them again.
This was the absolutely the worst buying experience I have ever had. Employees are disengaged, don't care or show concern about their poor performance.... I have never picked up a new car that was defective until this purchase. No one cared the front passenger seat didn't work, headlights were off, service dept could care less. No follow up from management, no apologies, had to call service to see if car was repaired, no one called with status. Never deal with this dealer again
I was directed to Bright Bay by Suzuki directly. My Dealer no longer exists. I had a problem with my xl7 , The air bag light was on the clock was flas...hing. I feared having anyone in the car with me ,for fear the srs system was non functional. The appointment was made in a moment notice. We showed up at 10am ;my car was taken in right away. It seems the seat ,passenger sensor was mis-callibrated. We were in and out in less than an hour. I cant say enough about the care and effort was put into repairing my car.
