Service was done as needed, they gave me a ride to work so i did not have to wait for it.do to covid, i did miss the coffee for the time i was waiting.... also got car back nice and clean

The purchase of my 2020 Nautilus was very easy and a very pleasant experience. I found the vehicle of my choice on line in Brightbays inventory and proceeded... to the dealership where Domenick Babbo wrote up the order. The vehicle had just rolled off the assembly line the day before and Domenick reserved it and said it would be in the first week in September and sure enough he called Saturday August 29th to arrange for me to pick it up on the 31st. Im 72 years old and have a business with numerous vehicles so Ive purchased more vehicles in my life time than the average person, and I have to say this experience has been one of the best.

Recently I brought my 2019 Lincoln Nautilus to Bright Bay Lincoln for its complimentary 1st year service. As always the customer service at Bright... Bay is exceptional! Appointment scheduling was easy and options were offered to pick up my car from my home or the use a loaner car. I opted for the loaner. My car was serviced promptly and efficiently. The use of the loaner car, albeit for a short period of time, enabled me to accomplish errands. My 1st year service was completed within 1 hour. I am always confident that the quality of the service work is excellent. I have been a customer of this dealership for over 20 years and my experience from sales to service has always been exemplary. I highly recommend Bright Bay Lincoln !!
