    I have been a Jeep purchaser for many years, and have seen managers come and go. John Byers Jr. has got to be the best service manager that Huntington... Jeep has ever had. From his knowledge of the Jeep inside and out to his wonderful personality. His customer service skills are top notch-What can I say, but Thank you, thank you!!

    Have been a customer of Huntington Chrysler/Jeep for over 20 years --the service department in both locations has always been a cut above; but I must say... --the Commack (East) location, under the direction of Aaron Hoffman, is absolutely exceptional --uniformly the best service experience we have known, from start to finish. What a pleasure to do business with people who actually "know" about the cars and trucks they service, really love what they do, and really communicate with customers. The service writers, the techs, EVERYONE at this location takes Aaron's lead and treats the customer way above the norm or anything I have ever seen at any dealership --foreign or domestic. We are fiercely loyal to this dealership because of the incredible commitment to service. Everyone there is giving it 110% and it shows. And a special shout out to Amber at the desk. Wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION --EVER!

    My experience at the Commack service department is unbelievably great . Aaron has been by far the best service manager I've dealt with. He's been so helpful... and goes out of his way to make sure my truck is taken care of . Thanks Leo from east northport

    The team at Huntington Jeep Dodge Chrysler were able to get me in a brand new 2016 Jeep at the monthly payment I asked for. I traded in my leased Sonata... and drove away with a beautiful Jeep. The process was easy, smooth and my salesman, Karan Bahl, and the manager, Bob Kravetz, were both very, very helpful.

    Hello Everyone, I wanted to let everyone know how Huntington jeep is treating my girlfriend right now. any jeep 2014+ uses a plastic oil filter housing... and that part is very faulty. The part cracked at 15k miles and jeep is claiming that since she got the oil change outside of jeep that it voids the warranty on that part. The last time that part was changed was at 6k miles It makes it MANDATORY to get all oil changes from jeep. We were never informed this when buying her jeep and now we are dealing with a huge mess as all her oil spewed all over the engine bay and jeep is now requesting $600 to replace the part. This message for everyone considering buying a 2014+ jeep. If they are going to charge me $600 for the part i'm going to take way more business from them and let them know that this is unacceptable. This is clearly a faulty part and they won't honor their warranty.

    We are customers of Huntington Jeep and on our fifth Jeep. From day one we encountered Micheal Cartelli who is always courteous, hospitable and most of... all knowledgeable when it comes to his craft. From our observation he treats every customer with respect. He shows a shining star quality that any owner would be proud of. If we ever decided to open an automotive shop we would not hesitate to take him on board immediately.     Mr. Mike Cartelli, service manager, and his crew at the Huntington Jeep and Hyundai service center in Huntington are to be commended for being dependable,... reliable and accommodating. I know my Jeep is in good hands because they care. If a problem should arise with my SUV, I know that Mike Cartelli and staff will fix it because of their knowledge and capabilities. This dealership is fortunate to have Mr. Cartelli for their service manager.......the best reason to purchase a car from them. If you want quality service with a smile see Mr. Mike Cartelli!
