I will never never ever will I ever buy a vehicle from Browns. Worst customer service. My second vehicle 2018 Dodge Ram 2500 bought out of state, couldn’t... find one with an 8 foot bed in this area. would not start yesterday, said wrong fob key , battery dead. They would not accept the vehicle. Smith town did.
Nothing but disappointment. Went to pick up my barely pre owned vehicle. Rear bumper was scratched, which I did not complain about, but my running board... was damaged. Sales person was an hour behind. I would have really appreciated a call. I have now had the truck a month with no resolution after they signed a paper promising me to replace the running board. I keep getting the run around. Manager Keith called me last week and promised a call by the next day by 10:30 am with resolution and never received call back. I should have walked away and gave my business to a dealer that actually cares to satisfy their customer after they damaged a vehicle. Instead of fixing a simple issue right away i've had to hound the dealer about this issue and still have no resolution.
I bought a certified 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership and found out it was hit with frame damage.They agreed to take it back but refused to... give me the original value.I lost approx. $2000,00 and was given another Jeep that has fewer features with scratches on the finish.I doubt that this vehicle was even certified by Chrysler because of the general condition .I have no manuals etc.The car was not properly cleaned.The wheels were dirty etc.
Attempted to contact this dealership via email and got the run around. I found a vehicle i wanted to purchase, however the dealer was 3+ hours away from... my residence. Emailed them requesting additional information and a offer for the vehicle only to have endless emails from them answering questions but not answering about the offer i made. I would have driven the 3+ hours for the vehicle i wanted but after over a week of not getting an answer i was told they had sold the vehicle but would help me look for a similar one. Ended communication with them. As for internet sales and information rating was poor. No idea how they are in person but i was not going to drive to find out they wouldnt negotiate the price.
I attempted to contact the Internet Sales team regarding pricing for a specific vehicle they had in their used inventory. Wanted to attempt to negotiate... a price prior to driving the 3+ hours to get there. My offer was reasonable and was a cash buy. If they had accepted my offer i would have put a deposit down on the vehicle. Over a week with the same response, until another employee advised the the other person wa son vacation vehicle sold. Internet Sales Team needs to get it together. Guess ill shop closer to my area.
Sales person lied about the saving and low interests and by the time I arrived, everything change. The sales person, finance manager and store manager... are also not willing to help.
