I am outraged. I have never been treated so badly in any customer service setting in my life. Bill was extremely unprofessional and condescending. I went to MB of Smithtown to inquire about a c300. When approached by Bill the first question he asked me was, “Did you look at the sticker price?” , in my opinion implying that I couldn’t afford the $29,000 price tag. ( I most certainly can.) He then asked me what my purchase plans were. I told him that I was deciding between the c300 and an Audi A4. He then told me to “Go drive the Audi first and then come back.” I explained to him that I already own a Mercedes product and wanted to drive the c300 first. He refused to allow me to test drive the car. I asked again to drive the car and he again told me, “No go do your homework first.” At this point I walked away as I was angry and humiliated. It’s reprehensible that someone judged me based on my perceived age. As a young business man I am usually treated with respect. In this current environment I expected to be treated with kindness, especially from a well know dealership. I am outraged that I was dismissed so quickly. I know many people in the premium market and will not be recommending this dealership.

I was a little disappointed about how long it took to finally receive my new car. I was told it would take 3 months tops by Ronnie, however it took 6 months. When I finally was notified that the car was ready, Peter was a great help after being asked to take over the sale.
So glad I stopped in. I’ve been a loyal customer now for 6 years and although I live in Southampton, it’s worth the drive. Facilities are clean, everyone is friendly and Ray my service advisor is the best.
