THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY

Fortunately for me I had the best experience with Mercdes of Smithtown. I own a seamless Gutters company and have purchased 4 Diesal mercedez trucks since 2020. Joe my sales men went above and beyond. The dealership treated me so fairly. We did business by phone and I could not say better things about this location. In fact I will be calling them to buy another truck soon. Keep up the great work, and awesome Customer service.

Sophia diBlanda is a consumate professional. She worked with me patiently in explaining things as we went along, and answered questions thoroughly. I Made phone calls, and Sophia returned those calls in a reasonably time frame. She sat with me in the car and showed me everything possible that I should know about it before I drove it. Car did not have AM radio working and she made the call to get me into service asap to have it fixed and made whole. Hope to see her often as I return to have my car serviced in the future years. She is a delight.

Gets the job done!!!

All I can say salesman’s nick is the best I was very very upset but somehow he worked it out for me great communication well spoken etc. and that smile is a winner every time

Had a great experience the friendly sales staff (Paul) the general personnel were attentive and respectful. My wife loves her new Mercedes SUV. It was nice purchasing a vehicle with no pressure or stress from the sales staff.

After purchasing Mercedes vehicles from Smithtown of New

After purchasing Mercedes vehicles from Smithtown of New York for over 20 years, we will take our business elsewhere due to the lack of respect we felt as customers as well as incompetence of staff, in our opinion, during the purchasing process. At the end of March. 2022, we finally are able to take the car that was purchased on Jan 15. 2022 out of our driveway. We paid for the car totally with cash, yet we had to negotiate, beg and plead for a title to the vehicle. They insisted on working with a third party agency here in San Antonio, Texas to secure registration paperwork and tags. As we have handicap tags, that needs to be done by us in our own tax office. After waiting weeks to receive tags and title from Smithtown, was told that additional funds of $360.60 was due and I would need to provide my card number over the phone. Part of this was $194.53 that was a penalty being charged by the third party in Texas as Smithtown had delayed the transaction. I was not told the reason I had to pay more, just that it had to come from me. I challenged the manager, Gary Gentila, about these charges telling him I was presenting this to better business bureau as these were not my charges. As of today, I have not received $194.53 of my money back as has been promised. We have made 2 visits to our local tax office and finally were able to exchange the wrong tags that Smithtown sent for correct disabled veteran tags. I do believe we military families can do better than deal with likes of a business like Smithtown. Hard to believe after all, this is a Mercedes dealer!
