    Seems awesome! Why didn't i see this before??? Great customer service as always. General Manager was quite attentive and concerned. All the employees were quite helpful. I got a new Merc AMG. Great car from a great dealer. Will surely buy more from them in future.

    The sales team is very good and would work with them as they it was a professional experience. I leased an E class in October 2016 and leased a C class convertible in January 2017. Went in for my first service related issue for an issue created by me, a minor accident, on April 25th. I was ignored and waited for service. While I am waiting, a younger women pulls up in her car and has three people assisting her; I am an older male. Finally a service rep person comes over and was less than nice as if I was bothering him. Explained that I needed a tire and I was informed that I needed to make an appointment in advance. I explained that I made both the appointment and verified with parts that they had the tire in stock. Service rep then begins to take apart the key chain. I asked that he not do this as it is difficult for me to get it back on and I was refuted as he stated it is their policy. Reasonable time later, tire is on and time to pay. I was going to pay cash as it was just under $400 however, with the situation and attitude I had a credit card. Clearly you could see that the service rep was in no mode to walk back with my change. All very strange as I always believe that most people want to help you when explain the issue. My language is always, please, thank you, and I am grateful as people are helping me. I have sent an e-mail to management team that I was disappointed with the service experience in Smithtown and no response from the service management team. All I wanted was a someone to recognize that I had a problem and say sorry for what occurred. Two solutions, send my wife as she is women or go to Huntington for service. I am sure if the owner were in charge this would never have occurred.

    My experience with Mercedes of Smithtown was wonderful. Alan Stricoff is knowledgeable, responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with! Alan is also a true gentleman. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful on the day I picked up my car. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had!

    I have had my car serviced there several times and the issues are repeatedly not fixed. They keep your car for longer than necessary, especially when it's a re-service for the same issue, do not fix all of the issues that are noted on your account, and return your car to you saying everything has been repaired without checking if in fact they are. Car has been returned to me with service lights still on, car noises still present and issues not addressed. Staff has spoken to me and conducted themselves unprofessionally at times. Some members seem to forget who the customer truly is. Service Manager makes excuses for his team instead of taking responsibility for their actions, apologizing for their unethical behaviors and correcting their misconduct. Not what I would have ever expected from a dealership of this caliber. Very unimpressed.

    I visited MB of Smithtown to inquire about leasing a new vehicle. Being the weekend I was not dressed as would when I go to the office. The way I was treated was incomprehensible. The salesman Nesto treated us as if we weren't worth his time or energy. Regardless of how someone looks or dresses each potential client should be afforded the same courtesy. Needless to say I will not be purchasing my vehicle there.

    Not only was our salesman knowledgeable and courteous, but he gave us a fantastic deal. He made sure to open the door for my wife, a courtesy forgotten in these times. He made the transaction a smooth process and went out of his way to make sure we had the car when we needed it. If you are looking for a new car, stop in and ask for Alan. He will go above and beyond what you need.

    I would like to thank the Sales and Service Team at Smithtown Mercedes for a wonderful car purchase experience. Alan Stricoff was very responsive, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I actually purchased a pre-owned Honda Accord and the team at this dealership made me that I was just as important as a Mercedes customer. The car was delivered to me in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier. I would not hesitate to recommend Smithtown Mercedes to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle or even a new one. Lastly, a special thank you to the two lovely receptionists who made me feel truly welcomed and valued.

    Steve Godden was so helpful buying my GL 450. My wife and I are completely satisfied with our buying experience with him. He did everything he could to make sure we were not only happy with the GL but that it was exactly what we wanted. Never at any point did we feel pressured to buy. In fact it was quite the opposite. He was very patient with us. My wife and I will recommend Steve to anyone we know wanting to buy a car and we will definitely buy from him again when looking to make another purchase. A large thank you to Bill Riedel I love my GL 450

    Brought a 2012 gl 350 blue tech back 8 times to correct the same no start issue.... Under warranty with 32k miles, left stranded several times..... It needs a transponder key, it needs a battery, it needs a computer, did you drop the key in a pudle?Mercedes benz of North America did NOTHING Take some advice spend your 80k hard earned money elsewhere..... Call me I'll be happy to fax you the iinvoices unlike all the other 1 sided stories! Call me 516 317 7600
