I never write reviews, but I have to write one for

I never write reviews, but I have to write one for Smithtown Ford. They did a good job doing the water pump on my truck for a warranty standpoint, but then they scratched the front of my truck which I had video documentation which I’m still in process of taking them to court. The guy was so rude to me at the service desk. Very unprofessional told me that I probably did it and accuse me of fraud. I’ve never seen the inside of a courtroom in my life and I’ve never sued anybody.

Jonathan was super helpful, courteous and worked with me

Jonathan was super helpful, courteous and worked with me every step of the way making the process smooth and less stressful. He worked with me to get to the price where I was comfortable to pay each month. I love my Maverick!! Thank you Jonathan for all your hard work and dedication to your job. I would definitely work with you again!

The worst dealership ever I bought a few cars from them

The worst dealership ever I bought a few cars from them and two of them had a recall on the airbag which they never told me and fix it before they sold it to me . I found that out after my son got into an accident the airbags didn’t deploy. The second one had three accidents and they never said anything about it. They never gave me the CARFAX. When I ask them about the cars they said that it’s my problem now and there is nothing they can do . And the service is even worse if you own a ford they don’t give you a loaner only if you buy a Lincoln and some models. Never again anything from them . STAY AWAY AT ANY COST.

STAY AWAY.

STAY AWAY. Bought a car 14 months ago. This is the second major issue I had with my Bronco Sport. Today I spent 5 hours waiting for them to figure out what was wrong with my truck. They still do not know and they refused to provide me with a rental car. The service manager (Chris) was nasty and rude. They sent me away with no car and no way to get to work over the next few days. I bought my car at this dealership and had a good experience with the sales team but the service department is a different story. In my opinion this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. So disappointed in the way I was treated today. Please avoid this dealership.

This place is a joke.

This place is a joke. They wouldn't take a price I offered in person. Then hours later the sales rep Larry and manager Anthony started messaging me non stop offering to now take my offer of $43k cash. I agreed to do sale. I send in my insurance information and got the bank check made out to them for the amount agreed on. The next day, Larry calls me to tell me the owner decided to commandeer my vehicle to use for the snow storm. They didn't care that I paid for the insurance already and have a cashiers check made out to them already. Now today's Friday. My truck is now reposted for sale for $6,000 more then what my contract said. Don't do business with these people I have all the text messages from larry and anthony but google doesnt allow txts to be posted. Pleaxe dont go to these unprofessional and dishonest people. Ive been speaking to Ford executive office and am actively updating them on this manner.

These people will try to cheat you.

These people will try to cheat you. They tried to over charge me $151 in sales tax. When I caught their scheme, the salesman said..."the computer does not make mistakes." I MADE THEM CORRECT THE TAX.

These people are terrible!

These people are terrible! They try to cheat you and lie to you every chance they get. I will never go back to this dealership ever again. They told me the car I was interested in was a one owner car. IT WAS NOT. THEY ARE THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

Worst car buying experience of my life. Car was not even washed at delivery. The salesman said if you want the service dept to wipe it down, I'll get them. REALLY? Wipe down a filthy car and scratch the paint! I had to wash and wax the car myself. This is the way they treat DISABLED VETERANS! Car has dents which dealer won't fix. Charged me $26. for touch up paint after they told me it would be free. Charged me $25. for gas. Do you believe I had to pay them for gas! Delivered car WITH NO OIL IN ENGINE. Even though they claim they put 8 quarts. (they don't even know a Mustang GT 2019 takes 10 quarts). I had to buy motor oil and put it in myself. Promised me a second key fob...they never gave it to me. Bare wires exposed in trunk in the spare tire well (right above the gas tank) They said don't worry about it, the former owner drove it that way and nothing happened. They told me they were going to change the wiper blades. It was never done. They sent me a copy of a work order from the service dept. that said they changed the oil (added 8 quarts...remember the car takes 10 quarts, they don't even know their own products.) and changed the wipers. It is a nice piece of paper but the DIP STICK DOES NOT LIE. If it is dry...no oil! If wiper blades are dry and cracked...they are old. No mats in the car...just a paper mat. And all I kept hearing is the same old dealer xx..."we're not making any money on this car." AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! THEY PUT PROFITS BEFORE PEOPLE! I sincerely hope the owner reads this review.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with

Don’t ever go to we bought extended warranty and the explorer we bought from them is burning almost 4 quarts of oil every 3000 miles and they are telling me it’s the grill shutter and the slight exhaust leak the car has which both isn’t covered under the extended warranty that said bumper to bumper
