an they deserve, you should only get zero stars. Liars! Be careful. They told us what we wanted to hear so that we would accept the offer. Unfortunately... we didn’t get this in writing. When my husband went to pick up the ford ranger, it all changed and they increased the out of pocket amount by $2100. I wasn’t present to intercept or decline this new twisted and my husband didn’t want to argue. He was excited about the car and so the agreement was signed. I called that same day, spoke with Rocco, the sales person and then spoke with a finance manager. Bit they declined to adjust to the original agreement. I was stuck. Don’t shop at this dealership. They are the reason car dealers have a bad reputation and name. They’re scammers. I even tried to reach out the owner with no response. They don’t care. Never again will we deal with this establishment. I’m spreading the word. The worst experience ever!!! LIARS. Don’t trust this Ford dealership.
This is the worst Ford Dealership to deal with! Their service department is horrible! I have purchased five cars from them and they do not care about... their loyal customers. I am sitting in the dealership waiting to get my airbag recall serviced after trying for a long time. They claim they are always busy or don’t have the part. I have a 2:30 appointment and arrive at 2:15. They have an attitude towards me and ask why am I bringing in a car so late in the day and it has to be left overnight. I state that I have an appointment and they are to service it. In the past they have always driven me home while my car is in their shop. I live less than 5 minutes away. Today they tell me they have no cars. Really, aren’t they a car dealer. They said they can drive me home in my husbands mustang (the car that is being serviced). There is no way they are driving our car around. Then proceed to tell me it’s going to be a few hours. So now I am forced to sit here! Stay away from the service department!!

Ford of Smithtown is the only dealer I use. I have bough several cars from salesman Mike Foley and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He gave us a zero pressure... sale and always made us feel more than confident in our purchase. If youre looking for a good deal go see Mike. Hes as good as they get. Couldn't be happier. I regularly use the service dept as well. I am looking forward to purchasing another truck this year!

I’m leasing a Ford F-150 Lariat. I dealt with Rocco and he was great to deal with. The dealership is clean. All the sales people were dressed uniformly... in golf shirts. Little stuff like that lends credence to professionalism from the dealership, which I personally like. The finance manager Tony was very nice enough to give me a complementary full tank of gas. I was a target for a bait and switch at Huntington Ford, and as a gesture of goodwill, he filled my 36 gallon gas tank up, gratis If you’re looking for a Ford, and live on Long Island, do not waste your time going anywhere else. Drive out to Smithtown it’s worth the drive and worth the no-nonsense experience.

If there were zero or minus four stars, I would rate this dealership so. Worst ever experience. Shady business practices. We leased a new $60 K 2017 Ford... F150 truck that malfunctioned within the ﬁrst three months with check engine light trouble codes related to turbo. Dealer did not know how to resolve issue and returned vehicle to us to drive unsafely with the problem returning right away, Dealer kept car for twelve days thereafter. Did not provide loaner and did not help with rental either. CHRIS NASTASI, service manager and OLIVER CZAVAR, ﬁnance manager, exhibited unfriendly and unprofessional behavior beyond any description. They made impossible for us to get a rental while our car was kept for twelve plus days, keeping us literally in the dark about the repair progress. They insisted we had to rent speciﬁcally a FORD vehicle to qualify for reimbursement. This made it almost impossible to get a FORD rental in such a short period of time. We managed to fulﬁll their unreal demand and got a FORD vehicle. Upon submitting the rental bill for reimbursement, Mr. NASTASI and Mr. CZAVAR created a second stumbling block, by demanding the VIN number to be on the rental bill, something that no rental agencies do. When we complained about this new demand, they would site the Corporate Ford requirements. This process is designed to make reimbursement so timeconsuming and hard so that in the end one would give up. Clearly, the dealer was part of the problem and contributed to a negative customer experience. Fast forward months later, March 2019....The rental bill was around $800 and to this day we are still waiting for a mere $300 reimbursement check. Emails and phone calls to issue a new check as the old one expired went unanswered. Calls to corporate FORD directed us back to the unfriendly dealer. FORD corporate is no better than its dealersrhips. Please do a google search about FORD in Europe to ﬁnd out why they are pulling out with so many customer complaints. To sum it up, we don't know where all the positive reviews come from. We feel the reviews are manipulated and fake. The Consumer reviews and BBB reviews seem to paint a better picture. We will never do business with FORD LINCOLN of Smithtown and do not recommend this dealership unless you want to get aggravated and harassed.

Worst experience of my life. I was approved at my credit union and they forced me Into using their finance because I was buying a Raptor and that was... the only way they would sell me the truck. When I sat down with finance he tried beating me over the head with super high interest. When I refused ,he came down and then cursed at me in front of my 6 year old son. The most unprofessional and dishonest dealer. BUYER BEWARE!
