    My entire experience with Grand Prix Subaru has been stellar, by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I didn't feel pressured or rushed, I was explained everything in detail and I was dealt with in an honest and fair way. My entire experience with Grand Prix Subaru has been stellar, by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I didn't feel pressured or rushed, I was explained everything in detail and I was dealt with in an honest and fair way. When I first entered the dealership, I was met with my salesman Tyler. He was very helpful right off the bat, showing me that Grand Prix Subaru is part of the VIP service program that takes care of customers needs and offers things that other dealerships would normally charge for. After-service is very important to me and that was the first thing I asked about. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be recommending anybody looking for a new or used car, to go see Tyler at Grand Prix Subaru before they go anywhere else!

    Paul was a huge sigh a relief. My fiance, Robert & I were looking to trade in both of our Hyundai vehicles. Our biggest concern was keeping our monthly notes within a very specific budget. Paul was very patient, professional & always took the time to answer our questions in a way that made sense. Even during my test drive, he took into account the type of driving I endure daily & made sure I got a real feel for the CrossTrek. This proved he was really listening to us. As a result of his respectful approach, I called the very next day after my intital visit with Paul & was able to begin the process of purchasing my new Subaru CrossTrek. He made it easy & stress free. In fact, Paul was so thorough by the time we walked in to pick up my new vehicle, my fiance Robert was excited about buying his new vehicle! I never experienced anything like this: Paul walked out with his own bottle of wax & put the finishing touches on my car himself. He helped me set up my phone with Bluetooth. We loved the personalized high quality key chains he handed us. Oh & I forgot to mention my fiance Robert bought his new car the same day, which happened to be his birthday! Paul remained valiant to the very end & was willing to help Robert set up his Bluetooth as well even though his buying process kept Paul hours after Subaru's 6pm closing. He had to insist Paul go home! We never received service like this from a car dealership. My daughter was excited about the brief conversation she had with Paul about the vintage Subaru on the showroom floor. He was honest with our 17 year old when he asked if selling cars was easy! Oh yeah , forgot to mention Paul's great with kids too! He's an all-around great guy & we're so glad we met him. Our family loves the CrossTreks. I really hope Suburu sincerely appreciates how much of a gem they have on their team. Thank you Paul for everything, including the follow up call checking in on us a couple days later!

    We purchased the 2017 Subaru on 12/2016 with an Extended Warranty. We canceled the warranty after 2 days. After 4 months of waiting, we have still not received the refund. The management continues to make the same promise every week with negative results.

    We came in after spending a horrible day with Competition Subaru the days before. Working with Jenna and Joe Delsrossi and Vinny was like breathing fresh air. They did everything they could to make us comfortable and content with our deal. We love the car, and we will send people here for a very long time. Joe is lovely. Kind and honest. Jenna was beyond helpful and made our experience financially do-able. Vinny finished the deal with us and moved a small mountain. Thank you for making a process that can be at times tedious and long, sweet and lovely. The bong at the end really melted our heart! HA! All our love and thanks Kitty and Todd

    Made an appointment to get my tail light replaced because of clouding/condensation inside the case. Sat there for 2 hours before they even brought the car inside to change it. Now waiting for another 45 minutes for them to do the light. This is ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend coming here for service.

    This is the first review I have ever written in my life just because of Jeanne. I walked into Grand Prix Subaru not sure if I wanted to buy a car, but figure I still try and get that great price for a car that will help influence my decision. During this process I can honestly say that my friend and I were not the easiest people to deal with, as you shouldn't be when buying a car. Jeanne was extremely patient, and helped get me a great price on the car. She must have brought back 4 different people, each one giving me a better price (expected) I went back and took the 2017 Legacy Limited for a test drive. I decided to sign papers.....and don't regret it. Anyway, Knowing that it is a big decision to buy a car, and her having kids around my age (we got into family talk while papers were being printed), she looked at my face and asked if I 100% felt comfortable before I sign the papers. Yes, I know that some, maybe most sales people would do this also, but after you say "no you don't" would they go back and get a better price for you again. I am telling you, I was a big pain in the a** and she still got a price for me that I really felt comfortable with. She was genuinely concerned for me and the deal. I would recommend that if you go to Grand Prix Subaru, or are trying to buy a Subaru, make sure to give Jeanne Zagardo your business.
