Brought a 2018 Nissan Rogue, 4 weeks car leaking.

Brought 2018 Nissan Rogue, 4 weeks car leaking water from sunroof, repairs took almost 2 weeks, car gets condensation on windows, defrost takes forever... I see more problems down the road, very disappointed, dissatisfied, was recommended to this place. Hopefully the manager/ owner will rectify this issue beyond repairing a water damaged car Sold to me, cars only a month with me...smh such dishonesty in these dealers. Last I needed in my life after losing my fiance to covid this year, now this...

This particular issue isn't something mechanical that would be inspected. A drainage issue of this nature simply means there could be some dirt build-up in the drainage area. Warranty repair

Brought in car for a warranty problem, they claimed they needed to clear drip line without my permission and charge $72.00, this is totally a rip off. Once before they told me I needed front brakes on my Sonata but I had new brakes put on only a week before. When I complained they said it was a mistake, please such crap.

Great service

Everybody was very kind and they replaced a part in my vehicle very fast and even vacuumed out the front seats of my car and put down protective plastic like it was brand new

Best car buying experience on Long Island

Went to 5 Long Island Nissan Dealers one more horrible then the rest. Went to Riverhead Nissan and it changed the whole buying experience from bad to excellent. Alexis and Ken treated us like important customers. Thank you you restored my faith in buying from Dealers again. I will and have recommended friends and family to use Riverhead Nissan to buy a vehicle. True professionals.

Not the best experience

Had car in 3x in past few months. Recall work took multiple appts because parts were not available. Engine replaced at 116k under warranty (YAY!) but took over 5 weeks to complete. Staff NEVER called with updates and wouldn’t help with securing rental. Found out too late from Hyundai corporate that dealer should’ve offered a rental reimbursement from a local rental since no courtesy cars were available. Also informed by staff that I shouldn’t complain because “You’re lucky they’re replacing it.” Also told on final recall visit that I needed a marker bulb-“About $5 for the bulb and the labor won’t be over $20. I agreed only to find out that it was all Four bulbs for $93. I would never have agreed to that. No disclosure. Lies by omission. Service manager wouldn’t even speak to me. Disappointing is an understatement.
