BEST service associates
Due to the Pandemic, myself and many many Hyundai owners in need of service and especially parts, were left waiting months without a vehicle! It was terribly frustrating and inconvenient. As an essential worker, I understood the impact this Pandemic had on the community in relation to the numerous industries affected by the shut downs. This is where the review get better if can afford to show some understanding and patience. The limited staff at Riverhead Hyundai were exceptional!! My gratitude goes to all of them but especially Holly!!! She was my liaison and kept me calm and informed every step of the way. She was knowledgeable and an advocate for me when I was ready to lose my cool. Hats off to you Holly and the rest of the hardworking staff😁
I purchased my Nissan from Patchogue unfortunately but wish I bought it from Riverhead. I now bring my Murano to Riverhead for servicing. They are clean and efficient. Very pleasant. My wait was a bit long though. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.
Not all dealers are the same
Went to a Hyundai dealer close to home. Agreed to price and just before signing I saw a $1500 fee. I asked what that was and was told Hyundai adds to cost over MSRP. Didn't sign and said would think about it. Drove to Riverhead Hyundai and was told that Hyundai does not do that. Got same vehicle for cheaper and no add on $1500. I recommend anyone that wants a fair and honest shake to go to Riverhead Hyundai.
Great Service Center
The service center was efficient, I had an appointment for 2 o’clock and was out by 3. They looked at the problem, fixed it and I was on my way. Great job! I will definitely go there again.
Overall experience was great. The salesman Carlos was great and was very knowledgeable about the truck I was looking to buy. Kyle in finance made everything easy and did what he could to be at the numbers I wanted.
I had a great experience. Quick, outstanding sevice. The only problem I have is that they charge me for tires rotation and oil change 2x no charge. Not happy with that. Humm! I had previously own a Toyota Rav4 2017 and in 4 years of ownership never pay a penny for service and inspection. In the future I will probably go back to Toyota.
This is Routine service visit to riverhead Nissan
I went to the service department for routine service. As always, the staff is friendly, the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I was in and out as expected.

I got into an unexpected accident and had difficulty getting anywhere to purchase a new car. I live in the Babylon area but work in Great Neck all week. I was looking at dealerships closer to me but none had anything I liked. I found my car all the way in Riverhead! I spoke to Tommy (manager on Hyundai side) who was hesitant to sell me a car I had not seen in person yet (lol) but I explained to him my schedule and how hard it would be for me to get all the way to Riverhead prior to the day I was looking to pick up the car. He was very understanding, took my cell # and did most things needed via text. I went in Saturday, my car was insured, plates transferred and ready to go. All I had to do was sign and leave in my car. Very unconventional way to purchase a car but it that's how I needed to work and Tommy was exceptional on making it happen for me even though he wanted me to see the car 1st (lol) will return when I need another car!
2nd lease from Riverhead and I'll be back in 3!
I leased my last car from Mark Riverhead. Everything went very well. I just went back since my lease was almost up. Mark once again helped me through the process along with Kyle and others. I'll be back in 3 more years!
