When I purchased my Tacoma June of 2016, the sales department and salesman were great. One of he selling features is the 25,000 mile service contract
included with the purchase. This sounds great but initially this did not include an oil change every 5,000 miles as I desired and is recommended. So at my initial service at 5,000 miles they did not do the oil change. When I came in for the 15,000 mike service they had changed their policy and started covering the oil change even though it was not included. At my 25,000 mile service they would not cover the oil change. Stating that it was not included. They told me that they had performed the 5,000 and 15,000 mile oil change free of charge. But they only did the 15,000. So I had to pay for the final oil change with I thought was included. The service contract the use to sell you the car has a value of about $255. Just be aware of what you’re really getting with the $25,000 service contract they are including.

entals and have always been impressed. We wanted one in Sea Glass Pearl with all the safety equipment and a beige interior. Greg searched everywhere but none like it were available. It was ordered from the manufacturer in Japan on April 4. We finally received it September 6 and are delighted with it. As updates were received for its delivery, Greg kept us informed. We continued to look forward to its arrival even though it took quite a while. Greg gave us thorough instruction and has since helped us further in understanding this new innovative machine. concerned with us a customers instead of the rules. She was the most informative, understanding and delightful sales person we have ever been involved with. As we are above senior citizen level and have purchased a few cars since the horse and buggy that is quite the compliment!
