Great deal! Outstanding customer focused treatment!

I found the Porsche I was looking for at Porsche of The Motor City online. A couple of phone calls and exchanged emails later I bought a new 718 Cayman S! Our negotiation was amicable and fair to both parties. Scott Vollink was my salesperson who was extremely knowledgeable of the brand and equally personable! Great dealership to do business with! Gary B.

Commuted from Ann Arbor to check out a BMW that was on their lot. Scott was very helpful answered every question. I drove the car to familiarize myself. Two days later I returned with my wife so that she could also familiarize herself and drive the vehicle. We consummated the sale over the phone yesterday and this evening the vehicle is in my driveway. Thanks to the welcoming staff supporting Scott & Mike

i visited this dealership to buy a large amount of parts...

i visited this dealership to buy a large amount of parts for my BMW. the woman behind the reception desk gave me a friendly greeting and directed me towards the parts counter, but that was the only positive part of my experience. as i approached the parts counter, an employee was retrieving a sheet of paper from the printer. he acted as if he didn't see me and hurried into the back room. i could hear people talking a few feet away, and another employee passed by me without asking if i had been helped. the most unbelievable part was that there was a sign that said "ring bell for service". there was no bell. i waited a few minutes, much longer than i've ever waited at my regular dealership. at my usual dealership, customers are valued and respected, and i've always been acknowledged within seconds of entering a department, even if i couldn't be helped immediately. after employee #2 tried to pass me without helping me, i stopped him and asked where the bell was. he said it was missing. i left immediately. i wouldn't let people that rude and incompetent bag my groceries, let alone supply parts for my beloved ultimate driving machine. Even more shocking is that they are also a Porsche dealership. someone needs to contact the Germans and let them know what's going on over there.

I went in 4 months ago and found a car I liked. I gave them my number to call me because they were closing and 3 weeks later I got a call back. After the call, I went in to talk to them again, and they said they would get back to me with some information tomorrow. This time it only took 2 weeks for them to call me back, but they still didn't have their information I requested - "they forgot." <br> I am in no hurry, and figure the longer they wait, the lower the year end clearance will be. <br> I went in there yesterday... (second phone call not returned and having left several messages with the receptionist requesting a call), and the car I was looking to buy was still there. <br> While it was raining, the saleguy went inside to get a key. Twenty minutes later, he approaches me -- in the rain still, and asks "Is someone helping you?"<br> I point out that the car had been on the lot for 4 months and say "I bet you guys are wanting to sell this one!" He makes up an excuse saying that they had several of the models in and out and sold over the summer. The color and sports edition is rare and it even has a stick. I checked my car's glove box for the VIN # from when I called the insurance company (4 months ago) and it was an exact match. LIAR MOUTHS!!!<br> Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They all have HORRIBLE attitudes like they are Hot Sh*t working retail. <br> If this car was at any other dealer that has any follow through, and didn't LIE, and if they attempted to be friendly -- I would have bought that car 4 months ago, and I wouldn't be searching around for one at a different location. <br>BOTTOM LINE: T H E Y S U C K ! ! !

when i was looking for my car i went here because i had heard good things about it. But to be honest my experience was not very good. they had 2000 323ci coupe with sports package and leather. basically had everything i wanted including business cd player. the car had 46,000 miles on it and the lease prices they were giving me were out of control. 500 a month with 3000 down.....please that is way to much for that car seeing i was looking the summer of 2003 right before the new or facelifted 2004 models came out. another thing was i went there on a saturday just to browse. to my suprise i found 3 cars that were unlocked...one of which was not even a car for sale but one being serviced. they also had left the hood unlatched and had engine parts sitting inside the car on the leather seats. im sorry but if that was my car i probably would have killed someone. the one thing good about them is they sell dinan parts and know a little bit about modding your bmw unlike most other dealerships

I have owned or leased several BMW's since 1996. The entire staff at Bavarian is friendly, knowledgable and very easy to work with. I have referred several friends & colleagues to them and have heard that their experiences were outstanding as well. The owner, Mr. Eitel Dahm, also takes a personal interest in his customer's satisfaction and is available to talk to should an issue arise. Highly recommended!
