Cannot describe how great of experience I got here buying a replacement SUV for my son. My salesman Jacob had the 2 carsbi called about ready to test drive and both were very clean. I drove the first one and decided I didn't need to drive the other one as the one I drove had everything and more I was looking for. 11/26/24 Purchased a 2017 BMW X1 with 63K miles back in late October. I had heard of Rocky Mountain Eurosport years ago, so I decided to check them out. My dealer, Leon V., invited me to come out for a test drive. I had intents on test driving the Audi Q3/Q5 but when I visited the dealership, Leon had all vehicles ready and suggested I drive each of them and see which one felt most comfortable. Considering I never thought I was the “bimmer” or “luxury” type, I surprised myself and even my husband. Leon was attentive, had a low-pressure style, he consistently followed-up, and was personable. Although I experienced a hiccup with the vehicle within 48 hours after driving it off the lot, Leon, and the staff of Rocky Mountain Eurosport, made good on their promise to identify the issue and reassured me that they would take care of it, on their dime. The oil pressure sensor was the culprit – an easy fix. Their lot was clean and inviting, the work and waiting areas clean and tidy, lowkey and friendly staff, and their showroom not overwhelming. I was really impressed with their on-site service and parts department. I would recommend Leon and Rocky Mountain Eurosport due to their low-pressure approach, attractive lot and inventory, comprehensive on-site service department, comparable pricing, and local ownership. What a great place! We came in looking for a Beetle for our daughter and they had 2 of them. Both were in amazing shape (a far cry from the other ones we had seen.) Jacob in sales was very knowledgeable about the cars, and gave us a ton of confidence in moving forward on the Beetle that our daughter fell in love with! Cannot recommend them enough!
