This is the easiest and most stress free experience I have ever had in purchasing a car.
This is my 3rd vehicle from Carvana.
This is my 3rd vehicle from Carvana. I really enjoy the no haggle and not having to sit in a waiting room for 3 hours while the salesman tells me what they can’t do. Carvana has delivered 3 times and I highly recommend using them if you are like me and want to pick your vehicle, sign the paperwork and either pick up from the vending machine or have it delivered. A GREAT experience for me on all 3 purchases.

It was my first time buying a car from any dealership. I used the Carvana app which was really easy to use when setting up my purchase for the vehicle! The wait time on the phone was roughly 20 minutes, and the wait was well worth it!! They helped me out and gave me a cut down on the down payment, worked with me on how to set up insurance, and when the car finally came, the fella who was giving me the car, Jake, was super awesome! He let me do a walk around, see the inside of it, gave me a run down of what some gauges mean, how to set everything up, and gave me the run down of everything that is needed from me! Super nice people, super nice deals!
Lots of hassle from day one to 2 years later,my car broke
Lots of hassle from day one to 2 years later,my car broke down but I bought the better warranty so the repair was covered but it’s hard to find a mechanic that will deal with silver rock,it’s December I won’t have my car back from the 1st till after Christmas and they will reimburse me for 10 days of rental up to 30$ a day but it’s Christmas time so either I rent a car wait to get reimbursed for only 10 days and just skip the holidays or have no car and mail order Christmas,I live in the mountains so it’s impossible to get around.so recap no car for a month they will not help me at all with a car,they don’t care it the holidays and I live up the mountains.I pay every month on time bought a warranty to ensure I don’t end up where I’m at now but here I am.there lack of service centers that work with them and the ones that do can’t fix bigger issues.so merry fing Xmas from carvana.oh i almost forgot I’m pay for the month I don’t have my car

This has been one of the best car buying experience for me! I applied with Carvana got pre approval with in seconds with NO affects to my credit score! Carvana allowed my to pick the car of my choice with a real reasonable down payment and reasonable monthly payment!

Other than all of the issues during the buying and delivery processes that are well chronicled all over the internet, I have a huge problem with Carvana. On the 108th day I had the car it stopped running while on the highway. So much smoke was coming out of the engine that the fire department was called. I called silver rock (their third part warranty co) and they told me there was nothing they could do. Then I called Carvana and was told there was nothing they could do. Keep in mind I am stranded on the side of the highway at this time. No sympathy, no help, just excuses as to how this could happen. NEVER AGAIN CARVANA!

Online experience was quick and easy. Delivery was excellent. Trade in was handled well. Vehicle could have been prepped better (interior was still a little dirty). At the price I paid, they should have at least replaced the windshield wipers as a part of the service (these did not match their inspection report) Otherwise, the vehicle was accurately described. Overall, a good experience so far; it has only been a week. Drivers should have business cards; it would make them easier to rate. That being said my delivery driver was excellent!

Carvana has fallen off the quality car dealership it was just a few years ago. They deceptively go through the process of selling you a car and only at the very end if you don't go with their financing you have to pick up the car, delivery is not an option if you don't finance with Carvana. Lost their appeal with that BS move. Very unhappy with their new model.
