The worst and unreliable dealership in the city.

The worst and unreliable dealership in the city. I leased a brand new Jeep Wagoneer and started having issues from the next day onwards. They couldn't figure out the problem and sent the car back saying it was fixed. We were then left outside in cold with a broken car again. The car broke down twice in 2 weeks of buying and is still in their repair shop. When we asked for help they very conveniently sent us to Stellantis and said it was between us and Stellantis. The sales & Service teams are very unreliable. I have even heard from another Jeep dealership in the area that they receive a lot of complaints about Jeff Belzer's maintains their new cars and treat their customers. Their lobby sucks too with torn chairs and the carpet stinks. I should have known to run away from them by seeing the condition of their store. I have now sent emails to the CEO's office hoping for a resolution. Try other dealerships instead of this. They dont even deserve a star but I have no choice but to give it to write a review. No doubt they have to beg for a nice review after the deal!!!

Syed, we're sorry for the issues you are experiencing with your Jeep. Initially, the battery performance test passed, so there was no indication that the battery was the issue. Then during the follow-up visit, we found out that the diagnostic equipment falsely passed bad batteries. We then replaced the batteries and retested the vehicle operation, which it passed. If you have any other questions, please reach out. Again, we apologize for these issues.

The issue is more than the broken vehicle. It’s how irresponsible and inefficient the staff is here. They don’t know their numbers, make false promises and cause a lot of confusion. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. There are far better dealers in the area. It’s been 2 weeks and I still can’t enjoy the so called new car. Pathetic!!!

One of the best new car purchase expectances I've ever

One of the best new car purchase expectances I've ever had. My sales consultant Eric was very attentive to my needs and the rest of the staff also took care of my every concern.

First time customer here- First person I see is Burrell

First time customer here- First person I see is Burrell Nadeau who very cheerfully welcomed me to the Service Department. He and David (Service) seamlessly checked me in for my appointment. The work was done hours before it was promised. A defective part was found and replaced, along with an oil change and tire rotation. And for much less than I anticipated. This makes me joyous because my new Jeep has found its permanent repair shop. Jeff Belzer’s Jeep is stellar in customer service, quality and value. I would recommend Jeff Belzer’s Jeep Service to anyone in the eastern Twin Cities metro. You will have complete confidence in them as I do now.
