Kia of Frisco handled my service appointment in a

Kia of Frisco handled my service appointment in a straightforward, no-frills way. The service itself was completed without any issues, and everything seemed to be done as expected. That said, there was a bit of a wait to connect with a service advisor even though I had a scheduled appointment. It wasn’t a major problem, but it did add some extra time at the beginning of the visit. Compared to some other dealership service experiences I’ve had, like with Acura, this one felt more like a simple in-and-out process without much extra attention or amenities. There’s nothing wrong with that—it just felt pretty basic. Overall, it was a functional and uneventful service visit: nothing particularly impressive, but nothing negative either. Just a straightforward experience.
