Jaguar Land Rover Lakeland

Recently purchased a 2024 Discovery S courtesy vehicle and traded in my current vehicle at same time. The entire process was pleasant from beginning to end. Dealt with Rodney initially in sales who was great and ultimately Bryan the sales manager as both were very knowledgeable and helpful in working out a fair deal for all. Dave in finance was also very efficient in finalizing the documents and coordinating a speedy purchase transaction. Finally, Evan the product specialist, followed up with me in person to review all the features and operational aspects of the vehicle I should be aware of. Overall I had a 1st class experience that you would expect from a Jaguar/Land Rover dealer and would not hesitate to recommend to any others considering a vehicle purchase.

This is only a review on the service. The sales maybe different. I brought my (certified pre-owned) 2021 Jaguar F-Pace in on 10/15/25 for a service repair at Jaguar dealer in Lakeland. The service advisor James Green assigned to help me with the servicing of my repairs. I informed him that I had the 100,000 mile warranty. He informed me that the system was down and could not search his system. He also refused to call the Fort Lauderdale Jaguar dealership that I purchased the vehicle from to locate or even attempt to locate the information. He showed laziness and unwillingness to help me because he stated "they won't be as helpful to him as they would me." I have a funeral to help plan, things for work to work on at work and after school activities for my son. I had no time and still made the 2 calls to Fort Lauderdale Jaguar in which my calls and voicemail was never returned. IF YOU ARE GOING TO JAGUAR BECAUSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONORED WARRANTIES THEN THIS MAY NOT BE THE DEALER FOR YOU. They are clean and esthetically pleasing with a great lounge but service is terrible.

They weren’t very receptive to hearing their prices are too high. If you are a cash buyer, good luck with this dealership. They will try to fleece you.

This dealership provides an exceptionally courteous and friendly car-buying experience. They exceeded expectations with their knowledgeable staff. And post sale concern to make it all right?

Chance was amazing during the entire sales process. There was no pressure and straight forward communication! Dave was also great during the signing. We enjoyed the experience so much we came back and bought a second Velar! Would 100% recommend this dealership and all of their team members!
