My daughter & her hisband went in to purchase a vehicle

My daughter & her hisband went in to purchase a vehicle and they tried to completely rip them off. I worked in dealerships for years and they had sent me some details and it was a fair deal but when she went in they shorted her trade by over $7,000 which was the amount she was planning on putting down. When it was all said and done they were about 10k over what they originally and after figuring the payments they wanted to charge her 14-15% interest when they had requested the promotional financing of 5.9% which was on original documents. My daughter has excellent credit so financing isnt an isaue. This is a bunch of con artisits that thought they could take advantage of a younger family. They lost a sale to a dealer in the metroplex who treated them right.

They have False advertisement on the website.

They have False advertisement on the website. When I reached out about the vehicle no one told me there was a $7500 market adjustment. Manager stated that they cant add market adjustments to their website. Seem like xx to me since I saw a truck on there with the MSRP price and then the FINAL PRICE. My husband and I buy vehicles a lot and know the process and how dealerships work and that is not good customer service.

Have had 3 bad experiences with this dealership.

Have had 3 bad experiences with this dealership. One during oil change, they put oil filter on so tight had to destroy it to get it off. Second and third was lied to both times about wait times. Use at your own risk. I will never again.

Over-priced and under-achieving

$1595 in add-ons that were “already done” and therefore non-negotiable. Advertised price goes up nearly 5k dollars when all taxes, fees and add-ons are tabulated. Over-priced cars to begin with and the same tires old line of “well we can’t take a loss on the vehicle.” Selling vehicles 1-2 years old for what they went for new and then telling the customer “oh no it sold for 5k over sticker here new.” Is that supposed to be a flex? Zero effort made to make a deal. If you’re looking to get a fair deal look elsewhere.

Danny is solid.

Danny is solid. Stuck behind a 1970's style management driven "rip the customer off" mentality. Must buy $2500 bed cover and pixie drippings to coat all vehicles. Good price...until the fine print.

Bait Car Used to get you to call or come in.

This dealership uses bait cars on this site to get people to come out or buy something different. Putting a brand new loner car on the site for a lower price without revealing that it will have more miles than advertised but still sold as new. If that is not an issue, as it was not a deal breaker for me, the car is never available. You call and they say it is out on loan at this time. No one ever calls back to tell you that it has been returned and ready to sell. They are not at all trying to see this car, just another marketing ploy.

Not sure what has happened here maybe new change of

Not sure what has happened here maybe new change of management but they have fallen off a cliff, caution avoid their service department. I took my truck in because the check engine light was on, it was also time to get my oil changed and other regular matinee done. After a week or so they finally called me to let me know my car was ready to go. Once i got the car back back i realized they didn’t do anything else that i requested. So just talking to them you quickly see they have zero management handling things up there now. So i went to the next dealer and got to see all the things that was missed by them not doing a proper job. If can go to anther dealership this one used to be good but it no longer is
