Their listed discounts are fake!

Their listed discounts are fake! Would give 0 stars if I could. I drove nearly 3 hours to their dealership just for them to tell me the “out the door” deal we worked over the phone didn’t include about $3000 of dealer markup. I even asked about markups and dealer add ons over the phone and they said it was already worked into the price. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership! Don’t waste your time with these liars and scammers!

Their listed discounts are fake! Would give 0 stars if I could. Advertising a certain $ off MSRP in order to get someone

Advertising a certain $ off MSRP in order to get someone to drive to their dealership just to find out they add $2000.00 to every vehicle they sell is false advertising. Manager says they advertise lower than anyone else because that’s what gets people to come there. He says they can’t show any addendums marking things up on their website showing the added $2000.00 and can only tell people in person once they get there. They know exactly what they are doing. Advertise a low price to make you drive past 3 dealerships to get all the way out there and then slide two grand onto the price. Some seat spray doesn’t cost $2k! They do this to every single truck they sell!! Unless it’s a 3/4 ton and it’s even more than that!!! Crooked and no thank you!

They have False advertisement on the website.

They have False advertisement on the website. When I reached out about the vehicle no one told me there was a $7500 market adjustment. Manager stated that they cant add market adjustments to their website. Seem like xx to me since I saw a truck on there with the MSRP price and then the FINAL PRICE. My husband and I buy vehicles a lot and know the process and how dealerships work and that is not good customer service.

Have had 3 bad experiences with this dealership.

Have had 3 bad experiences with this dealership. One during oil change, they put oil filter on so tight had to destroy it to get it off. Second and third was lied to both times about wait times. Use at your own risk. I will never again.

Over-priced and under-achieving

$1595 in add-ons that were “already done” and therefore non-negotiable. Advertised price goes up nearly 5k dollars when all taxes, fees and add-ons are tabulated. Over-priced cars to begin with and the same tires old line of “well we can’t take a loss on the vehicle.” Selling vehicles 1-2 years old for what they went for new and then telling the customer “oh no it sold for 5k over sticker here new.” Is that supposed to be a flex? Zero effort made to make a deal. If you’re looking to get a fair deal look elsewhere.

Danny is solid.

Danny is solid. Stuck behind a 1970's style management driven "rip the customer off" mentality. Must buy $2500 bed cover and pixie drippings to coat all vehicles. Good price...until the fine print.

Bait Car Used to get you to call or come in.

This dealership uses bait cars on this site to get people to come out or buy something different. Putting a brand new loner car on the site for a lower price without revealing that it will have more miles than advertised but still sold as new. If that is not an issue, as it was not a deal breaker for me, the car is never available. You call and they say it is out on loan at this time. No one ever calls back to tell you that it has been returned and ready to sell. They are not at all trying to see this car, just another marketing ploy.
