Don't waste your time and money at this dealership. The salesmen and managers are simply rude, especially when you call them out on their lies. Christian, the sales manager at this dealership lies straight to your face and tells you its your own fault. And just smirks in your face, knowing what he is doing. Just the typical dealership games when trying to purchase a vehicle. Being talked down to as a customer is concerning and upsetting from multiple employees. Obviously, stepping foot in the dealership with a check means I want to buy a vehicle. Being told how you feel from someone else is just wrong, only expressing concerns and the fact of being lied to about a vehicle. When the dealership states the work done on a vehicle, it should be done. But obviously that is not case. Catching them in lies and calling them out obviously starts a problem and it's only your fault because the dealership would never lie. I'm just someone making sure the dealership will hold up their end if the deal before signing. Because once you sign anything that happens afterwards is your own fault for not catching it. But if you catch everything before hand you're the bad guy and horrible customer. Anyone in their right mind would want everything in writing before purchasing a vehicle, if not all the work was completed on a vehicle before signing. I guess for this dealership you're just suppose to bite your tougue and just sign the papers and 'trust' that the dealership isn't going to screw you. But through the multiple lies from the beginning, not sure how you're suppose to trust a dealership to hold out their end. Therefore the simple questions before signing the papers and handing over a check, are justified to dot all the i's and cross all the t's. Definitely, glad I got to see the true colors of the employee's at this dealership and didn't just bite my toungue and hand over the check. I could never recommend this dealership to anyone. I would advise to shop around elsewhere and avoid Vanhorn at all costs. Just not worth the waste of time.
