We purchased five trucks from Kirk Brothers Vicksburg

We purchased five trucks from Kirk Brothers Vicksburg last year. We agreed to buy seven trucks at $2500 under MSRP plus $395 document fees. However, the agreed discount wasn't applied to the price of one truck, resulting in overpayment of $2500. Despite multiple requests, we never received paperwork for one of the intended purchases, and after waiting for over a month, learned the trucks were sold to someone else. Our $500 deposits for the two unpurchased vehicles were also not refunded. Despite numerous emails to their Comptroller, Bonnie, requesting refunds totaling $3500, we have not received anything. What we received was no response and no refund. What reputable dealership treats their customers this way? My advice to others – avoid this dealership.
