Bought a used BMW from this dealership, I live 4 hours
Bought a used BMW from this dealership, I live 4 hours from the dealership and had my brother who lives in the area pick up the car for me. When he got there my salesman Max Guilli(there were two Maxes working there at the time) informed my brother that there was only one fob. There was never any mention of only one fob before this. If you don't, know you can't access certain features of a BMW without two fobs. So I need to pay hundreds of dollars more in order to use the entirety of my new car, not what I expected from a high end dealership such as this. After seeing my car for the first time I can't understand what the detail shop does. The dash looked like they wiped it using dirty water and no such cleaning supplies. The used car manager contacted me after I left a sub par review. Apologized for the dirty car and offered to clean it again for free( I live 4 hours away). And said he would get back to me in a few days about the fob, over a week and haven't heard a peep. Ill never go back to this dealership, and ill never recommend it to anyone. I'm writing this update a week and a half after my initial review. 5 minutes after posting my review, Ben the used car manager called me wondering why i posted the first review. I reiterated what i had posted here, he then asked if I would sell the car back and delete my review. That's right, rather than the dealership spend money to get me the second fob and make the customer satisfied, they would rather spend 25k to buy the car back and have the customer delete their review. In the age where the fob is in fact your key, why wouldn't any dealership make sure there are two fobs with any car they sell. Especially at such an upscale dealership as this one.

They told me the car was at the dealership so I drove 45
They told me the car was at the dealership so I drove 45 min to see it and it wasn’t there. When they got the car back they called to tell me it was mis-priced and was $5,000 more then listing.

I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealership in my life. And I have to say, my experience was exactly what I wanted. Very easy! No wasted time what so ever. Everyone was very accommodating and easy to work with. Cant recommend this dealer enough!

The vehicle listed from their site was a Lie and scam. I drove 5 hours to get the car. The cars nice, the salesmen, May, and Ghosstie as well and poor Manger Alex decline a contract offer That was made weeks ahead. The offer was made after the repair of the steering rods were fixes. Get all the way there now they want 17892 for sa.e car in which the price was for the 20 inch rims and the repairs. There was no 20 in rims fro. Start I. Which the price was 15995. I ask .ax and should hi. All of proof and he took pics of the contract the other Salman wrote 7/15/2025. All the lies and poor CS service will definitely alert others of the business here and to be aware of them.

I was tasked with helping my Grandma find a quality, preowned Acura RDX. We had a great experience from beginning to end. The dealership has a very chill vibe, literally everyone is super friendly. Chelsey did a fantastic job getting the vehicle Grandma wanted at a price that was better than expected. Cassie handled the finance side of the deal and had everything wrapped up in no time without any surprises. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership and they should be the model that everyone follows. We will definitely be back for our future vehicle needs.

The building is nice, most of the staff were friendly.
The building is nice, most of the staff were friendly. I liked my salesperson Chelsey, she was great. The vehicle I purchased was misrepresented and I ended up returning it the next day. It is an understandable mistake, and I understand that there is not much they could do without losing money, but at the very minimum I expected an apology. The GM deflected responsibility and could not even offer a halfway genuine apology for wasting more than 14 hours of my time (and money). He did apologize that he couldn’t sell me a car. I don’t like to work with people who can’t show respect. 2-stars instead of one because they did unwind the deal pretty quickly. If you value your time I would not purchase a used vehicle from this establishment.
