From my initial call, they knew who I was and what I drove without any prompting. Appointment was handled flawlessly. Waiting area is beautiful and well designed. So far, very impressed with my dealer relationship.

From my experience your guys just try don’t check over
From my experience your guys just try don’t check over the vehicle before sending them back to the customer. And this isn’t the first time this happened to me. Came in a month ago for an oil change. I asked for them to see if I needed an alignment. Service manager marks down my request. I pick up car and he says the mechanic said I wasn’t in need of an alignment. Leave dealership and immediately noticed a vibration that was most noticeable over 70 miles per hour. Call to make an appointment. Well they cat get me in for 3 more weeks because they don’t have a loaner until then. Guess what for 3 weeks I had to drive slow and deal with this horrible vibration to learn it needed an alignment. Maybe your techs should start to do their jobs the first time. Just very frustrating

Everyone was very pleasant and friendly.
Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. The dealership was spotless and they expedited my oil change and tire rotation. They are wonderful.!! I couldn’t believe that the manager remembered when we came in to lease my vehicle a year ago. That impressed me.

Love the car more than any I have ever had. The only complaint is that it is very hard to call in for service as once reception answers phone (always promptly), it is not easy to get service to answer. They are very courteous and helpful once they do, but it is clear that there are not enough people in service handling calls, and I feel sorry for them as they work so hard. Other than that, LOVE GENESIS!
