Read the fine print.... wait, there is none!

Wasted my time going in to look at a pre-owned SUV. The price online was competitive but not spectacular. Go in and I'm told there is a $2995 fee on all used vehicles plus a thousand in documentation fees. I looked everywhere on their website and there is zero mention of this. To top it off I'm offered literally $5000 less than fair market trade in value in my truck. I'm sure there's a sucker born every minute, but it ain't me. I got home wanting to shower, they were so sleazy. Buyer beware.


Where is the NJ Department of Consumer Affairs?

We all get there are supply chain issues, no consumer likes paying over MSRP, but when it comes to used cars, these clowns take the cake. Went there the other day to buy a car they advertised. Test drove it, told them we'd take it, didn't even try to negotiate the price. Turns out the advertise price is a ruse to get you to come into the store. They added $3000 in "markup" and the better part of a thousand more for paperwork fees. We left, went down the road, found an honest dealer and wound up with a better color and lower miles.


I don't usually do this...

I don't like leaving bad reviews because it affects the business in a negative way but, I feel like I must so other buyers are aware. There were some communication issues. I had to keep messaging and calling to try to get some info about the pricing. They sent the info, to the wrong email, I messaged them so then could resend it to the right email and they didn't asnwer. I had to call the next day many times and they did send it, after some time. Everytime I called, I kept getting transfered to their other location in NY and the person answering the phone gave me attitude because of it. They had a price advertised and they added 2000 dollars to that price. After some back and forth the most they could do was reduce it by 800. It was a nice car and I was very interested.


Bait and switch

We towed our Buick yesterday to get a diagnostic for our car. We figured they are an authorized Buick dealer so they will be best suited to fix the issue. I got a diagnostic that I need to change the timing belt and a few other seals and parts. Their initial estimate was $700. Two hours later, they “discovered” a broken bolt. I am 100% sure that they broke the bolt. Previously, they said it was just loose. Multiple diagnoses at this point. When we brought the car, the bolt was not broken (we checked). Then, they tell me it will cost another $1700 plus tax. We told them to not do any work on the car for this price. We arrived the next day to pick up the car. They then gave us a bill of $470. We didn’t authorize any work orders or ask them to fix it since the price was high. We didn’t want to fix it with them anymore and we notified them on the call that we don’t authorize any repairs. Since our vehicle would be held hostage if we didn’t pay, we decided to pay to get it out of their shop. They charged $470 to do absolutely nothing but take a look at the car. Nothing was fixed, and my car was left in parts (not even assembled back). I had to tow the car again. A simple diagnostic fee should have been charged at $155. Again, they raised their estimate from $700 to $1,700 or more and had ZERO work orders signed. I am looking to get a $300 refund out of the $460 charged (and the car wasn't even fixed). I had to pay them because if I didn’t, they would not give me my car keys. But they lowballed me and then held my car hostage. I will try to get my money back by filing with the BBB and then a small claims court.


Best Car Buying Experience Ever !

From the time I walked through the door to the time I took delivery everything was perfect. My salesperson Mark Crosby was professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure every aspect of my deal was right. Not only do I highly recommend this dealership but I will return for my next car.

Horrible dealership

We were interested in a car listed at this dealership, but when we got there, the car "sold". The sales person was kind, but the manager, Jason, was rude and tempered. It's amazing to see this place has 3 stars when it should have 1

Horrible experience

Once again this place proves that it is an absolute joke. I left messages for three days because my car would not start. I did not receive one message in return. I then called at 12:15PM on a Saturday and they say they can’t help me because they closed at 12. I was not happy and asked to speak with a manager. The general manager Jason Casale spoke to me. He ignored the fact that there was no response to my calls. He preceded to act as if he was a service man and stated that my battery it dead and if I brought my car there I would need to pay a diagnostic fee and battery fee because it’s not under warrently. I advised that I did not think it was my battery the car is only 2 years old (2018 model) and has 12k miles. He said “the hard winters and hot summers do this a lot and that my car is considered old.” I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. If you value customer service this is not the place for you.

This is the second Buick Encore that I am leasing. Luis Fabian helped me through the whole process this time. He was really knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole process go by so seamlessly. The Mgr. Steven Kirsch also was extremely professional and helpful. I will definitely recommend this dealership. Love my Buick Encore!

Luis Fabian went above and beyond to keep us happy

Me and my wife were not too familiar with the new body style Buick Enclave so we had a ton of questions which our salesman Luis Fabian answered with ease, he made us feel happy to be there and excited to get into our new Enclave, once it came down to the numbers they were fair and he even brought in his sales manager Anthony Sherman who went above and beyond to make sure we were driving off their lot satisfied to the fullest extent I’ll be recommending Luis to all my friends and family as I know he’ll treat them right thanks for everything!

Luis made the whole buying process easy! He was knowledgeable, helpful, really went above and beyond. He was personable and unlike a lot of salespeople who just want to sell you a vehicle and move on. We highly recommend him. The new GM was also personable and helpful. We love our Terrain and if you're in the market for a new vehicle, recommend GMC of Mahwah!
