No trustable!
Never trust this dealership! Very unprofessional, everything is based on oral commitment. When you ask for written paperwork for car reservation, they want you to pay Non-refundable deposit first before giving you any paperwork, and raise the price when you are ready to sign. Depends on the model you choose, expect a $10k markup price!

Excellent !
Excellent customer service and dealing from management. Simon my salesperson, Anthony the salemanager and the staff, went above and beyond to make me satisfied. Volvo dealerships in Houston were limited, and most were not focused on the customer, or even making the Volvo brand seem premium. Glad to see Grubbs is here and fixing the problems.
