Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership and car buying experience. As soon as the paperwork was signed they couldn’t care less. Sold a defective car in and out of the shop 5 times and still there with no end in sight. Tried getting help from my sales person Cynthia and no return of request to speak to manager. After paperwork was signed she kept saying it was another departments problem. Left several voice messages and they couldn’t care less. Buyers be ware there’s a reason the prices are lower than competitors. I met another customer while waiting one time for my car in service and they stated the same with their car being in the shop for the 4th time same issue. These are new “cars” and yet they require so many service trips. I regret the day I stepped foot in that dealership. Got the car December 31st and haven’t had it in my possession for more than a few weeks because the “service department” can’t fix the issue my car has been in the shop since February 2 nd with no end in sight it could be weeks or months but no updates other than I don’t know we need to order a part. Good luck if you go with this dealership.

The team at Grubbs Volvo made me feel welcome and important. John Henry was super patient with my hectic schedule. Sometimes patience and not being too forceful is what helps close deals.

I bought a 2023 Mini Cooper Countryman today. They gave me a fair price for my trade in (2020 Ford F150). The let me test drive the car overnight.
