Shopping and buying with Simon Saba and the team at

Shopping and buying with Simon Saba and the team at Grubbs was insanely easygoing. Simon pulled the cars I was interested in and let us drive them solo and was ready to answer questions. Lease financing process took less than 45 min all in. Can’t wait for the buildout of the ground floor of the historic building they are in to be complete!

We went close to closing just to look and ended up

We went close to closing just to look and ended up getting a great deal! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Claudia explained everything so well and made our process so easy! I will definitely do business with them again.

Good experience with a Good Sales Rep

Two things to mention. First about Grubbs. Second about the Care by Volvo Program. First, Experiences of a dealership are always dictated by the quality of the people you interact with. My representative was Simon Saba and from the moment we spoke first time on the phone he worked to make the acquisition of my next Volvo as smooth as possible. Through test drives plus a loaner over a couple of days while my XC 90 were serviced, helped me narrow my choices to 2. When my wife came to the dealership he took the time to explain the details and showed the difference between the 2 cars. Once we made a choice the switch was painless and to less than a couple of hours. Simon made the paperwork simple and has handled the whole post sale process as well. And when I say that my selection process too a month it shows the dedication and follow up Simon did. So in short if you are going to Grubbs ask for Simon and your Grubbs experience will be great. Second point; If you are considering leasing a vehicle you need to look at the "Care by Volvo" program. One simple monthly subscription fee covers the car, maintenance, and get this, car insurance. No money down. if you are not satisfied with the car turn it back in after 5 or 6 months no questions asked or trade for a different model. At the end of the 2 year period just turn in in and pick up a new one. Unbeatable

Great experience with Simon Saba

I had a wonderful experience with Simon Saba at Grubbs Volvo. He went beyond and above to find me the right ventricle and he was so kind and patient through out the whole process. If you are in the market for a vehicle go see Simon Saba and he will treat you like a family. Way to go Simon!

MOHAMED AND DARIAN will rob you blind. They are very good at lieing. They will sell you junk and tell you it's the most reliable thing ever made. Then when you have a problem,they will ignore your calls and blame you for everything. They will also threaten you to remove your reviews.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES

MOHAMED AND DARIAN will rob you blind. They will lie to you just to get the sell. That's what they did to me. Once the sell is made and you have a problem, they will ignore your calls and refuse to help you. They will blame you for everything that's wrong with the vehicle you just bought.STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND DEALERSHIP.
