Through test drives plus a loaner over a couple of days while my XC 90 were serviced, helped me narrow my choices to 2. When my wife came to the dealership he took the time to explain the details and showed the difference between the 2 cars. Once we made a choice the switch was painless and to less than a couple of hours. Simon made the paperwork simple and has handled the whole post sale process as well. And when I say that my selection process too a month it shows the dedication and follow up Simon did. So in short if you are going to Grubbs ask for Simon and your Grubbs experience will be great. Second point; If you are considering leasing a vehicle you need to look at the "Care by Volvo" program. One simple monthly subscription fee covers the car, maintenance, and get this, car insurance. No money down. if you are not satisfied with the car turn it back in after 5 or 6 months no questions asked or trade for a different model. At the end of the 2 year period just turn in in and pick up a new one. Unbeatable
